My Vodafone New Zealand for Android
The app used to be fantastic, but now, the latest update has made it stop working all together. It won't fully load, and crashes constantly. My phone isn't even old, so it should still be able to keep up! Not happy!
Friday deals are always expensive ones & the widget has stopped working again. Instead now vodafone app takes longer to open with pointless change to loading screen. Fix the widget better deals
App worked fine once. But now I feel like uninstalling as I'm not getting the info from it any more. I mainly check balances but it's inaccessible for a long time. Vodafone please short out this app as there's a lot of potential in it. How am I to spend money in the app if I can't trust it with balance checks.
App used to work great, last few updates have broken it. Now won't allow bill payment, have tried reinstall. Shows usage fine but no account details / amount when paying.
Was a great app that I used almost every day and now it ceases to function. Refuses to login and remember credentials. And I cannot input them as the screen is near blank. Currently running on Huawei p9
App does not populate billing amount any longer. I can't pay my account with it any more. Basically useless now.
Used to work. Since updating to Oreo, widgit hardly ever works and everytime I restart I'm told it has crashed.
Broken, broken, broken just a waste of time can't view or pay my bill for 3+ months now and because it's a systems app can't even uninstall this garbage.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took a whole day and still not sorted. Bounced around soo manu call centres and just wanted someone local here in NZL. For a international mobile and internet provider it's like we were back in the dark ages of Dial Up. Get it together Vodafone.

Firstly, I have no major issues with the app's operation - it works fine for me (though very slow to start up). But I do wish you'd speak to us - your customers - in a more grown-up voice... Secondly, since the previous update, the display showing my remaining carry-over minutes seems to have vanished. As I had/have over 500 of them, I'd hate to think that they had 'disappeared'...
Nearly a year on and the widget still doesn't work, constantly says can't connect to server so you have click into it, have cleared data, un installed and re downloaded quite a few times
Stopped working since last week's update. Update: started working again after a week. Update: only works every now and then. Latest update makes no difference.
useless!can't pay my bill via the app anymore. can't view my bill or view any content. calling customer service is a joke as they can't even speak English properly,don't understand anything to do with the app. switching to Spark.
Latest update has logged me out and won't let me sign in. Waste of an app. Why did I switch back to Vodafone?
last update 17 Oct, it won't show my account details, also shows a prepay account which I don't have. Totally unusable. Please fix.
Really frustrating when it doesn't work, you spend time filling out the fields, go to pay your account and boom! Doesn't work, tben you do it again and boom! Again! So fustrated
Poor app, the my spending button only comes up with a refresh icon and now I can't see how I blew $20 credit
The summary screen no longer shows remaining minutes. Remaining data still shows along with Fantastic Fridays and Text, but no minutes. Remaining minutes have always been there until now. Please fix this in the next update.
Stop updating it. Every time you do it stops working. Don't fix something that's not broken.
Wouldn't use it if there was an alternative. Unable to update or deregister my credit card from 4 years ago. 4 years.
There's always a problem with credit card payments not going through on the app. It's like Vodafone is intentionally trying to make it hard for one to pay their bill hoping that they can catch them with the late payment fee.
I pay for minutes and it still charges me to listen to voicemail?? Wankers! Edit: Vodafone sucks and I don't recommend it to anyone And also this app is bad too
Since the last update I can't see any detail of my account usage. Very frustrating. Vodafone suggested logging out to reset but no change to what I can see.
Latest update is bugged with payments - easy fix is to go to the Vodafail website and put a payment/top-up through that way as the app is broke as hell.
App freezes while loading the Summary screen. Useless.
Agree with everyone else: the app's no longer working smoothly. Isn't showing my minutes on either the start up page OR under the my plan tab). I phoned them and my minutes are still there but to find out how many I need to use the answer phone service which is a painful process in itself. Why haven't Vodafone fixed the issues with this app after so many complaints?

Can't view or pay my bill anymore, was working fine previously. Hopeless update has made this once indispensable app almost totally useless. Managed to get it to work again after uninstalling and reinstalling, then another update and it has broken once again. Uninstalling didn't help this time. Pathetic.
