I'm pissed off! My birthday was on the 21st of August and I checked at Bedfordview to see if my free birthday movie was on the card. The attendant told me that it was there alongside another free advanced booking movie. I was like sweet. Now that I log on to the app the free birthday one is gone! I too, can no longer log on to the app and have to log in to the website to see everything. I've changed my password thrice and the app still won't allow me to log in. I have a SK VIP card.

It used to work perfectly. Although you can check out movie times and trailers, it won't allow me to reset my password so I can't really use it. There really was no need to change the app because the one they had before was brilliant.

This app used to work fine. The new payment method is absolute garbage & automatically declines payments. I've tried booking tickets on three different devices with two different credit cards & got declined notifications repeatedly. The point of a mobile app to make it easier to book tickets & view times. 2 stars since it does 1 of those things.

"Your payment could not be processed at this time, please try again later". Had to book via a browser on a pc. The original seats are still reserved, even though the first attempt at booking wasn't successful on the app. How, after 2 years, I'd this booking system still plagued with so many bugs. Did you outsource the work to a primary school students learning CS?

First month worked perfectly, now doesn't show anything requiring Internet connection always. Uninstall and download another, still the same problem.. seriously let down. Need to drive to the mall to actually see which movies are playing and no prebooking. Please sort this out

I loved this app for a long time - very good to use when you want to skip the long queue. But recently the app has been a let down as it does not show me the movie info nor does it update. I can not book any movies or view showtimes. It also keeps on saying check internet connection. I have a very strong connection that is on 24/7 so I honestly do not see why the app is giving me the error message. Really dissapointed.

This app has actually gotten worse since my previous review. Never works, keeps saying I have no internet connection even when connected to Wi-Fi, uses loyalty cards without actually booking anything. Just overall useless.

Every time I try to use it I get a Check your internet connection error message which occurs on Wifi and 4G/3G/2G, Only after I go to the settings and set my birthday will it connect. This happens every time I use the app. Other than that the app works fine.

I have strong connection always but when I get into the app, I can't connect. Even after hitting the "Retry" button a dozen times. This updated version is terrible.

App has been improved quite a bit since its initial release. Adding a calendar entry for booked movies and using Google Pay for bookings will be welcome additions though, as the current payment system through FNB's portal where you have to type your card details every time gets a bit tedious if you do bookings regularly.

Horribly frustrating! Once again a prime example of NOT TO MESS WITH SOMETHING THAT WORKED. I CAN'T GET LOGGED IN, CAN'T PREVIEW CAN'T DO ANYTHING. C'mon guys, really bad for a company your size... ???????? UNINSTALL

pThis app sucks. Everytime I use it the is a technical problem. The user interface is unfriendly. Always a new problem. It's a nightmare just to do a simple thing like book tickets. And the reason, clearly ster kinekor is not paying attention to reviews or suggestions. There are never updates fixing our addressing problems. Solution...uninstall and watch Netflix. UPDATE- 16 August 2017. The SAME problem still continues. Tried booking for atomic blonde, guess what....error message, "there was a problem saving your tickets. I try redo the booking....guess what....App tells me I've already used my loyalty cards for today. Great work SK......I've used my loyalty cards and don't even have movie tickets. Thanks allot!.....for nothing....literally. UPDATE- 17 August. And the app still doesn't work. Still cannot buy tickets. Useless. The is a problem saving your tickets.

Used to work but now doesn't show any movies or cinemas. Keeps saying ii must check my internet connection. I removed it and installed it again and will the same issue.

Good app for pre-booking. Just everytime when trying to make a payment the first try is always unsuccessful and get told to try later again, then 10 seconds later it's ok. But generally a good app for viewing brief synopsis of a movie before deciding to book.

It seems like they finally got this app working again after a ridiculously long wait. Works perfectly on my samsung devices except for landscape view. Otherwise great, glad its back

Terrible app. Can't actually process a booking or payment. Only useful for knowing movie and showtimes. Outside of that, pointless. Fire your developers...

Ever since I upgraded to this version, it's been saying network error, check connection. And my connection is alright, I'm on 4G speed in a tapped area

Why can I never book my movie any more? Don't know what going but this needs to get fixed. I think this app needs some TLC

App constantly tells me to check my internet connection. But I tried using it with Wi-Fi and there was no change. App is currently not usable. Very unpleasant!!!

Big improvements over previous mess. Most of the annoyances have been sorted out now and the UI is working quite well. It's irritating that you can't see view times for multiple days if you first go to a cinema, then pick a movie. In that case it only shows you show times for the current day.

Keeps saying not connected to Internet... Even when I am connected.. Can't do anything

The previous app was so much more efficient... Keeps logging me out with no internet connection message. So annoying!!

A miserable failure, one can never interact with this app without some sort of failure, what's worse is that the previous version worked much more stable. Errors like blank messages, if you lucky to get an error it says unable to come transaction or error with your booking. ????????

I can't make any bookings with this app. Even though I have tried using many different networks, I keep receiving a network connection error

This app is my go to way of fining out what's in circuit, watching trailers, and booking tickets. It would be great if we could order our snacks on the app too for cinemas like Eastgate that have electronic ordering.

The app stopped working ages ago and all it says is "check your Internet connection". Pretty sure my Internet connection is fine...

Much improved from launch. Has made going to the movies a lot simpler and easier. I can get all the info that I need in a convenient (and now) easy to use manner.

Not very good interface, have been unable to make a successful booking due to bad payment interface.

Worked fine. The website is awful. You have to login to buy tickets. App is far more user friendly. Well done.

Wow this update is REALLY bad. Please fix. I used this app sooooo much and now its just a nuisance! Stalling and just closing for no apparent reason. I'm also finding it impossible to just add one cinema location. It keeps adding other cinema locations. Please fix.

This is kak app. Booked my movie in wrong location. It crashes no confirm of anything. Customer support sucks. I'll uninstall after this review. I'm so unhappy to pay twice due to there incompetence

There is no use in giving me an "online ticket" if I am not allowed to use it at the cinema. Had to run around to get it printed at the cinema. EXREMELY irritated with this ineffective system

The app, for booking and saving bookings works. There are things that need an update (e.g. location based cinema options) but I've used it 3 times and it's worked.

This new app is a disaster. The work flow and UI are shockingly bad. I can't register an account because I have Vitality movie cards and apparently those aren't accepted anymore based on the way this app works. The UI is a confused mess and trying to book tickets is a laughably bad experience. The old app worked well, this is absolute garbage.
