Showcase Cinemas - NEW

Where do I add my Insider details?! ???? I tried to book tickets with the app - there is no option to purchase Insider tickets and no obvious place to add my Insider details. As the P'boro cinema now has half as many seats I want to know I can book tickets before I go to the venue. I now have a couple of options: 1. Don't bother or 2. Go to Cineworld Please, please, please add an easy option to buy Insider tickets and I will be back.

Great idea. Until I found out my closest cinema wasn't even listed. Come on people! Bluewater has 18 screens. It's like they got fed up listing all the locations and gave up! Delete......

Don't bother. Use the website instead. Too much emphasis on high quality graphics rather quick access to information. I gave up and googled showcase Reading and then had instant information at a glance. I have uninstalled this app now because its a waste of space on my phone.

Simple to use and a great way to avoid the booking fee you get if you book online. Some negative reviews have complained that it doesn't have all of the UKs Showcase Cinemas listed but you should be aware that Showcase and Showcase De Lux have their own SEPARATE apps so you have to know which type of Showcase is nearest to you!

The only thing missing is a way to cancel ticket for if you accidentally book the wrong showing. Like I just have.

Brilliant app. Check out movie's, choose show time, pick seats, pay, job done! No delay when you arrive at cinema. Tickets scanned and in you go couldn't be simpler.....

Great app for booking tickets and selecting your seats. Sometimes drives me mad that in a practically empty cinema, the desk at the cinema sits people right next to you, but that's not the app's fault. It's great.

Looks OK although I haven't tried to book any thing yet. Rather confusing that there are 3 different menu buttons, 4 if you include the one hidden in the 'About' selection. Insider login is hidden at the bottom of this 'Quick Book' menu and is almost totally obscured by an ad. I had to go through Customer Services to get my login details rendered acceptable. Update - Insider section now working but still can't actually buy Insider tickets via the app!

Total waste of time. It has listings only. No bookings at all. Well done showcases. Totally retrograde...in a totally bad way.

Great app, you can book ahead, select seats and pay for your tickets. No need to collect tickets at the cinema either. Just show the QR code on your screen. Essential if you plan to visit Nottingham SHOWCASES.

This is pretty unusable. I can't log in, I can't use it as an Insider... It's a mess, design wise...

Seems like a useful app, but why does it "need" access to my contacts, camera, location etc? I immediately disabled these permissions as soon as I had downloaded it.

By FAR, this is leaps and bounds on the previous versions, not sure why it took them so long to invest and get this app working properly, must have lost loads of customers and revenue, but all ok now.

Great upgraded cinema, let down by not being able to use any of the Insider cards used by my family

I am disappointed that I cannot input my Insider card details. Not happy with the App

My local cinema isnt listed, and many others aren't either from what ive read, so this is a pointless app.

Great improvement from the last app Showcase had for booking screens. Really clean app and finding your tickets is only a couple clicks away and checking out on movies is very easy to do.

Rubbish at moment. Can't find my local Showcase at all. Was there before ????????

Great for booking and collecting but really needs an edit purchase option, especially if seating plan is an issue or additional party members want to join.

It's okay for checking and quick booking but you cannot use insider with it nor link it to your Showcase account which seems a little odd to miss out

Very poor app. Does not have Bristol Cabot Circus cinema. And you can't use the showcase insider or meerkat movies discount feature. It's okay for checking movie times only. Very very poor. Showcase need to get their act together, or vue, here I come.

Easy to use. Great seat selection process and code scanning from phone instead of messing around with tickets is so much easier.

Where is Showcase in Dudley!!!!!!!!! What's the point of having the app for your cinemas and you don't list them all? Hit delete button!

I buy my tickets online, show the q code when I go in - there's no fuss, no queues and no paper tickets so perfect for me.

Good app give you a bar code after payment for attendant to scan no tickets required great.

Good app, easy to use and seamless. But it could do with a link to calendar for films just booked, like the previous version did.

Good app, only other thing it could do with is the option to use meerkat offers and insider card offers when paying

Only includes a limited list of cinemas. It's pretty useless.

This is great, so quick and easy to use and buy tickets, when you get to the cinema, you just show the code to the usher and walk straight in.

Great app for finding out what is on the cinema and loving the new layout of the app however it doesn't show the 3d showings this could do with being added to the app

Great App. A lot of people dont know that this one is Only for Deluxe Showcases. There's a separate app for normal ones.

Simple app for booking tickets, but doesn't cover all Showcase locations - there is a separate app for those!

Great app. All booked in a couple of mins via my mobile without having to log onto my laptop ☺

Can't sign in to buy Insider tickets so the app is basically useless. Please add this feature soon

It's pretty good but need to be able to be able to be a little insider card friendly and to add two at once.

Brilliant no queueing and choose your seat best app and most used.

Would be better if you could also use vouchers and showcase insider for bookings through the app.

Great to finally have an app to be able to book cinema tickets for Nottingham Showcase. Until now I have had to pay to book online or risk turning up at the cinema to find no seats available.....quite common now that there are fewer seats.
