Since the last update, I keep getting a message to check my internet connection. I use to be able to just use my data. I have an internet connection and still getting the same message. Please fix.

Easy for online booking. It needs a feature that Fandango has where you can reschedule or pick another theater if you cannot attend prior to movie starting.

Worked great when I signed up, but now I always have connection issues and can't see current showing or rewards.

Can't use the app. Says no internet but it works fine for me on other apps. My points don't really add up half the time too.

Quick process when purchasing tickets and selecting exactly where you will sit in the theater. No need to go an hour beforehand. Since my seats are reserved no rush needed!

The app is not allowing me to add tickets to mu cart. it keeps saying not enough loyalty points but I'm not trying to use loyalty points it was working fine a week ago.

Good for showtime information at a glance. Can't log in to my account, keeps saying invalid credentials.

Great app for seeing seat availability and selecting the seats you want to sit in. You don't have to print the ticket as the app keeps a record of the purchase. When you get to the theatre just show them the purchase section on the app on your phone to verify your purchase. Great way to get tickets purchased quickly, although there is a 1.00 fee charged for each ticket.

Love the app, I was using the fandango app but realized I am missing out on all the rewards points. App is easy to use and pay. Would highly recommend to any santikos frequentors over other movie apps.

The app would be great if it actually worked when it's supposed to. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm still having connectivity issues. The website isn't working either!

Great app, had a few glitches for a few months but reinstalled and signed in works great. All info saved and up to date. Spread the word to local staff members for they are clueless.

I like the app and the convenience of using it as my movie pass. I would love if Santikos would allow payments directly from Paypal as well. Also to allow different movie filters and view mode. Not perfect but hopefully will add more features in a near future.

I used to love using the app, but it always has connection issues. Not real pleased with it as of now. Haven't been able to use it since Friday 10/06/17, won't connect.

Works but user experience suggestion: let people see and choose available seats before telling you what type and how many tickets. You should be able to deduce the count by the seats chosen. Having to choose numbers from drop-downs before even seeing what seats are available is frustrating. Example of good UX is the Alamo Drafthouse ticket process.
