Since you purchase an actual seat number, it would be nice to see how many seats are left at each showtime when purchasing. That way you could go to an earlier or later showing if there was more space available for busier/more popular movies, without having to go through the seat selection process.

Been using for a couple of years. Very convenient. When I get an error message, I find my theater in the app and that resolves the issue.

Says "Sorry we are having problems contacting the cinema" every time it is opened.

When it works, it's perfect. Sometimes there are server issues, but usually it's great.

Great app. Sometimes fails to load. I have to reset the app every now and then.

Works fine for our movie scheduling needs and seating purposes. So far no issues with it

This app is only good for booking tickets. There is no "extra program benefits" for those going to the Secaucus NJ movie theater. You would think they would give us discounted food and beverage, or free movie screening or something... Horrible.

App is very nice when it works. But it only works half the time... Trying to buy tickets & it the app crashes. Hope this is fixed soon

New update has really improved the app. Before I couldn't sign in and now it has been working great.

The best way to get my seats in advanced. I also love how my ticket is a qr code so they don't need to waste paper. Super easy to use as well.

Simple, easy to use. The icon chicago location is my favorite theatre so being able to book my tickets easily at a good price is awesome.

This is my favorite theater. App makes it so easy to get tickets and they have kiosks there to pick up the tickets. I was spoiled when they had free parking, but the discount for the parking is still pretty good.

Almost always unresponsive. And when it's not, it lags and is so slow. Such a headache

The new app is SO much better than the old one. Much faster, Extra discounts actually applied, etc. I hated the old app, but definitely recommend it now!

I had to wait for the app to finish its update, which seemed to take a few days. When finished, not only did it have a sleek new look, but I was much more responsive and easier to navigate. I've adjusted my rating accordingly.

This app rarely ever works. I live right next to their theater in MN and it never is able to load any of the cinemas to select from. Just always errors out. I guess I'll use Fandango and delete this one.

The app hasn't been working very well. For some strange reason the apps is constantly down or having issues connecting to whatever server it connects to. This is frustrating to say the least. I like the app and would like to keep using it, but if the developers don't work out the kinks, I will have to go with another option.
