Where is the QR code for ticket purchases? I used to be able to go to purchases, tap the show, and then the QR code would appear. This is no longer available.

Will not update what movies are playing just keeps thinking this app sucks now. This app worked at one time, fix and I will adjust the rating accordingly.

Great app...could have been better with Star wars coverage

I love this app, I use it all the time and it's easy to use.

Great app

Biggest gripe is that you can't pick seats with one seat separating your group from another. Says it's not allowed. But if I'm at the theater, I don't get that restriction. If I get to pick from available seats and there is a booking fee, there should not be a restriction forcing me to sit next to someone if I don't want to. I understand u want to maximize sales, but my purchase is guaranteed, the others aren't. And people know that if it's a good flick and u buy tix at last minute, u may be split up. Don't punish me for a seat that may or may not sell. Login works fine. Purchases go thru fine. QR scan code is great to speed up ticket pick up. This app or computer almost required to be able to get tickets early enough to get seats that aren't right in front of screen.

Useful when I need tickets and not by a computer or whatever, but what happened to being able to spend rewards points on tickets when purchasing, haven't seen option since last update. Edit: broken when having server issues-cannot contact cinemas

Used to be 2.50 and that was rediculous.... now almost $5!! aside from that the app was good but takes FOREVER TO LOAD EVERYTHING. I used to use it to buy my tickets I will only be using it to see what's playing now.

It was working well up until the latest update. Now, after loading, & detecting a theatre , it says "no sessions available"

It only shows what is playing right now, which is fine, but why can't you show future movie releases? Theater tells me future releases. Why doesn't the app?

I can't finish my account setup and input my phone, address, preferred theater or genres. And after several visits to our local Galaxy and after I bought the actual tickets on the app I have NOT gotten credit for any!!!! Pretty frustrated

This is so annoying I try to log inn on the app and won't let me but I go on the website and let's me log inn. On this app it tells me that my username or password is incorrect. And then at times when I try to look at the times for movies it says to retry or there's no sessions. It's very frustrating.

After all information is put in for profile and login information it will not allow you to sign up! What a failure of an app! If you cannot have an app that is easy to use or navigate why should I even become a patron to your theater I cannot even get points for watching movies? Is your app false advertising and misleading people?

Why have a sign in option if you can not sign in? The app either says my PW is incorrect or just spins doing nothing when signing in.

Won't let me sign up. Don't know how it might work. It just doesn't work at all as far as I can see.

Doesn't load movies or showtimes! Please fix asap... OH! And I had a birthday pass that the email told me was added to my card, but on my bday there was no bday listed!

Movie times don't load and the app will not remember saved settings. The only things this app is good for is checking points.

Not very intuitive. Can't find a way to review specific theaters. Not really of much use.

This app used to work fine but now when you go to purchase tickets it says that there was a problem saving tickets.

I went to galaxy theaters and i was so amazed on how good of service they have for all there guest. The seats are amazing and was surprised to see beer and wine being sold here. I will never go any where else only galaxy. I was also helped by a manager named johnny who has amazing customer service and the bar crew was amazing Very well trained on how to greet customers and they all went out there way for me. I never been treated this good at a movie theatre before Galaxy theatres is the best theatre period

It was working well up until the latest update. Now, after loading, you just get an error message "sorry, we are having problems contacting the cinema, please try again later.

Says my PW is wrong. Won't let me reset my PW, says my email address is not on file. But if I try to create a new acct w/ same email address, says it's already in use. !!! No Help or Contact option. Frustrating.

Really like this app, very useful

When the app is not bogged down with tons of requests... it's a great way to just decide to go to a movie. You can look up show times and pick your seats while you are sitting at dinner.

It will not load any movies. It says loading movies and it sits there forever. Restarting the phone did not help.

Finally working again

Used it for the first time and I was able to purchase my tickets and pick my seating from my phone so I liked that. However, once my purchase went through and money was deducted from my account my purchase went away from the app. I could not retrieve my purchase and had to drive to the theater. The theater was able to retrieve my purchase, but I was not refunded the service fee you are charged when you purchase tickets through the app. Won't use app again. Service fee not worth it.

This app is TERRIBLE. It works maybe half the time, if that. Can't purchase tickets, can't look at show times. Fandango is much better

so far i love it, works perfect for me, the only problem is it hasn't been giving me any reward points after my purchase. but they said they have worked that out, havent bought tickets since so not sure if thats fixed yet or not. other then that its amazing

It works great. You get to pick your seats so no worrying about getting there early or being stuck with bad seats.

Still says no cinemas selected even though I have my local (riverbank) theater selected in the filter. I can't do anything.

Before the update the app work fine, but they took some time to improve the app. Now with the new update it faster, Better, and can be one the first people to all the movie premier.
