Vector Outages

Won't use phone data instead of wifi router connection during power outage - couldn't use its report feedback feature to submit information, doing it here during outage on phone's data instead : -) I've set no data restrictions against the app. Not so useful during an actual outage? ; -(

The app has had a lot of thought put into the design and flow of providing the right information. I currently am without power and found this app to see if I needed to report it, was happy to know it was definitely up to date. Good job guys on this app! It is definitely well deserving of a 5 star rating. P.S I hope I get power back soon lol

Down loaded it again still no map shows only have a blank screen stll. Had this installed for several years and then the screen went blank. Google maps work ok Thanks peter jennet

Was working until the last update. Now it only says 'no connection' & will not connect. Samsung S7 Update. They very quickly fixed the problem. Good service.

Currently having a power outage, installed this app to keep informed of updates. Good app, give 5 star rating

Keep getting push notifications for power outages that don't apply to my area and no option to turn them off.

I needed to know what my power outage was for and estimated time it'd be back on and that's what I got! Useful.

Very useful. Saves time trying to find out details of power cuts and tells you what is happening who is affected and how long the power cut will be and when power expected to be on again at your address. No phoning power companies or wondering if you forgot to pay the bill. Love this app.

I'm sure it might be useful during an actual outage, but for now its sending random notifications for non-existent outages - several times a day (and night!).

app said power off till 8pm but came back on at 4.25pm. also need to know about hot water relay pilot faults.. good to ad this in your app

But why do I get a notification to say there are no outages. At least twice a day. Annoying.

While calling about an outage the IVR keeps telling me to get the app, so I download it while on hold. When I got through on the phone they already knew about the outage. 20 minutes after my call the app still says there isn't one.

Very useful app, but now its sending random notifications of non-existent outages. Please fix or add option to stop notifications. Thanks.

Found this App during power cut. It will only Download on WiFi. Not very clever Vector!!!

Since the latest update in getting notifications saying there are outrages over 200km from me, and there's no setting in the app to turn it off. This used to be a useful app, now it is annoying and disruptive. For a laugh, check out the "torch" function. It's the darkest I've ever seen my screen get.

The Glen eden power is always going off. The app is a grand idea but has useless updates and the timeframes for resolution seem a mile out

The single most useful, intuitive app ever. When I want it, it tells me everything I need to know...... and has a torch. Love that!

As soon as the power stopped I checked the app and knew exactly where the outages were. Wish it would give an approximate time the outage would be.. roughly??

Sitting in the darkness. Helpline states an outage in our area. Nothing showing on the app.

Handy info, takes the guess work out of, is it a fuse that has blown, or is it the hole street*

Kinda OK but needs improving. Torch button is a nice touch. Suggestions : A) Map of outages is a start but really needs a polygon rather than vague circle. According to circles I have 3 outages now! B) Use different colours for different outages, and, ... C) Alternative to polygon might be to show bookmarked properties in different colours when affected by outage. D) Ability to show 'recent outages' would help me see causes after event. E) Maybe show map symbol for generic cause - car crash, digger mishap, tree falling, lightning, scheduled service, equipment failure, etc.

Useless. Didn't send update to advise power restored. Found out power restored by driving down to my business premises to check other storm damage. Can't scroll past previous updates which can be seen on website. Updates have no dates only times with today/tomorrow etc. Power off for 40hrs with no real updates. Outage map doesn't really show area affected. Uninstalling!!

The app isnt showing any outages when im sitting in my house with no power?? Neighbours have none either. Come app sort it out need to know how bad it is

Can't advise am outage. Doesn't keep updated on outages. No use if you're the only customer affected. Overall thus is a useless app.

At 22:17 hrs 21st January. Completely useless, the map is not updated or correct and when you try and call following the interminable menu instructions, noone answers and you get a message announcing an "application error" and disconnection. Dangerously incompetent application.

Pity u cant log a fault using gps coordinates instead of having to ring up....

Push notifications does not work for saved locations. Other than that pretty cool
