Worked a couple of years ago when I used it. Since then despite multiple attempts to get it to work, I just can't login. Even though the username and password are correct and I can login to the main Ticketek website. Back to paper tickets for me. Would be a great app if it actually worked.

Now wont show purchased ticket. App developer dosnt care so no improments made since last problem. Right now a waste of space...

Signed in for the first time assuming it would sync with tickets I'd purchased via the website, however I keep getting an internal server error. It also took me many attempts to sign in as it kept giving an error despite me using the correct login details.

Useless app full of bugs, doesn't even login. Website is way better.

Being able to actually log in would be a remarkably useful feature. Or in other words a total waste of electrons.

Downloaded the app but I keep getting an error when I try to log in.... What is the point of having an app if something so basic doesn't work. Please Fit It

This app is rubbish. Won't even allow you to log in. Has been saying "unexpected error, please try again later" for weeks. Can't log on at all.

It's saying invalid username and/or password (which is not). Clicked the 'forgot your password' button just to see, got an 'unexpected error. Try again later' message.

What a useless piece of excrement, yes you can buy a ticket but collect it is just stupid, get it sorted out

Total frustration trying to sign into this damn app. I cant access anything in it because it wont sign me in.... unexpected error try again later. I've uninstalled it 5 times and trying resigning into it. will try one more time then I'm bloody deleting it off my phone. Don't put an app up for use if it wont even let you sign into the damn thing!!!! Arrrrrgh

This app keeps telling me there is an unexpected error and when i log on to the mobile site or website it works. Fix your app.

Cannot log in despite multiple attempts. Logged into the website no problem. Used a few years back and it was great. Pity.

Wasting time, sign up errors, not recognizing existing email. Error when signing in, what a shambles

Useless app I can't sign in but can sign in on the website I am going to uninstall it I think it's a waste of space

Downloaded app for the first time. I have an account. Keeps telling me the app is not working at the moment and to try later. Current average rating of only 2.7. Might need a bit of work.

Purchased a $160 dollar ticket. Had delivery set to mobile. Was able to see my ticket for months after buying it in September. Now only 50 or so days out from the concert and I can't access my actual ticket. I can log into the website but can't login on my phone through this app because it says my email or password is wrong when neither are. Only being able to see my receipt on the website is no help if I can't use or even access/see my ticket. I'm fretting and this issue is occurring to many other people.

Poor effort, always bugs and poor navigation. Only marginally better than the terrible website. I suggest putting some of your exorbitant fee revenue into development and testing.

Attempted to log on with email address and password. .. invalid. So tried the Forgot password option, error as soon as I clicked the link. No doubt application is only there to spam notifications for events.

I can log in successfully to the Ticketek website but the Android App won't accept my login details.... App is of no use except to look up upcoming events, which is not what I need it for

can't sign in, unexpected error, given them chances to update and fix. Hopeless

Bought tickets online and as any reasonable person would think, expected them to show up in my ticket wallet... But nope. Nothing.

Same issue as others below. Can't log in. Unexpected error if I try to reset my password (even though it does work on the website).

I go to sign in to get my tickets it won't let me keeps telling me I have an invalid password or username when I know they are both correct because I can sign into the website using the same one. UPDATE.... I HAVE DELETED THIS APP AND THEN RE-INSTALLED IT HOPING IT WOULD BE FIXED BUT STILL NOTHING AND BY READING OTHER REVIEWS IT IS HAPPENING TO EVERYONE I CAN'T BELIEVE IT HASN'T BEEN SORTED YET. GET IT SORTED HAS PEOPLE HAVE PAID GOOD MONEY TO GET TICKETS THE RECOMMENDED WAY AND WE CAN EVEN ACCESS THEM

Was ok but now won't even let me log on through the app. Hopeless for a company that does its business online. A 2.9 current rating says it all. Sort it out Ticketek

Reset mypassword and still says invalid email or password. It is all correct! Please fix

Have the same problem as everyone else.. Trying to log in to access my tickets and nothing seems to work. Poor excuse for an app this thing.

Won't let me sign in on my mobile and I have mobile tickets. How the hell am I going to get into the event now?!

Bought tickets and arrive at the show to find the app fails to show tickets. Waste of time... had to go to the ticketing booth anyway.

Won't let me log in...invalid password or username...then when I select forgotten password says an unexpected error. Can login to website ok.

Won't let me sign in. Waste of time. And insisted on excessive permissions. Will be uninstalled now.
