My SuperLife for Android
Can't log in using my web access name and password.
It doesn't like my PIN, not complex enough! It's not like it is 1234 or anything. OTT security given that it is clearly going to be locked to my device as well as requiring a PIN to get in. Surely after 3 tries you lock the device and require the full internet password? So what is wrong with a pin that ANZ and Kiwibank apps both accept? I bet no one can get it in 3 or even a hundred tries. Uninstalling.
Can't register my S7. Takes too long to recieve reg code. By the time you do its too late and won't let you sign in. Sort it out!
Keeps telling me a device ID is required. Waste of time as I have tried multiple times. Was this app actually tested?
Like others I could not log in. I have a Web account but the app does not recognize it. Totally useless app
The reset pin does not work. Keeps asking for membership number but no where to enter it

Created Web account, installed app, logged in after completing all the many requirements, logged out then later that night went to log in and hello, please setup the app again after which time it totally broke. Nice testing guys.
Why role out an App without testing?
Asking for member number but no where to type it! Code sent to email with letters and numbers so....where do I log in!!
Doesn't work, I've been with Super life for ten years and its saying I have $0.00 total amount. ???

I just moved to Superlife - very impressed with the app. Goes to show that in a digital world small kiwi companies can still foot it with the big banks :-)
App works amazing. Please enable fingerprint login and the app will deserve 5 stars. Good work overall

App fails to recognise a device ID has been entered. Problem occurs on all three devices I have tried. I requested support three times and received no response. Eventually called and demanded support only to be told to uninstall and reinstall. No luck. Transferred my investment accounts to a new broker. If you can't be trusted to provide support for an app I don't see how you can be trusted with large sums of money and investment advice.
