The Broad for Android
App doesn't use normal sound controls so you can't change the volume. Unusable through head phones so useless in the museum. Huge problem in otherwise great seeming app. Love the content!
Cool new museum
Stuck on splash screen due to location settings not being able to access location - you would think this would have been tested and fixed as I see many other users are having same exact problem
It won't get past the starting screen. It tells me to turn on location settings but they are already on.
Very intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, detailed map that shows a picture of the art and provides additional information about the artist and where their exhibit is located in the museum. Audio tours are built within the app, so no need to rent those audio guides via the information desk. Can reserve tickets on the app, and pull up previous/upcoming reservations
...wish I knew to bring earbuds
The new update keeps telling me to turn on my locations even though they are turned on
Very informative, fun and easy to use!
Great accompaniment for the galleries but for me the volume was on full blast and I couldn't adjust it. I was using the Broad noise-canceling ear buds and I have a OnePlus One, not sure if it was a result of either of those as well.
Great app!
Slick app for an amazing museum!

Im so excited for this museum to open. I couldn't get in the day after my birthday (9/20) but i will be there on Oct. 9th. Levar Burton does one of the audio tours. Its great! I already listened to a lot of the tour. I cant wait to be there in person!!! You can also access and reserve FREE tickets via the app.
Could not get past the "turn on your location window" even though location was on and other apps were able to locate my device. Visit and download were on 3/29/16.

The app is fine, I think it's graphically nice, but not intuitive. Audio tours is a great idea. **My phone recognizes audio as a Call, which is TOO LOUD for a recorded interview. All other apps use "media" volume, the appropriate setting for audio books, podcasts, and all audio file types. #webmaster #fixplease Aaaaaaand The audio tour is a series of VIDEOS. Good god.
