This app appears to do nothing other than tell you how to call state and show adverts. Worthless.

Couldn't even log in. Tried multiple times over several weeks. Always came up with error

The app keeps crashing , so annoying . It use to work great now I can't even open it . Been having this trouble for months

Just recently join with state and had to use the roadside assistance function of it, very happy with the excellent service I received from the team and it was quick easy and simple to use I had help on the way within minutes of sending the request!

Was great at first but now I can't even open it.

Why does it log me out? I can't remeber a password for an app I might use a few times a year. No other apps force me to resign in if I Havnt used them in a while. Pretty much makes me not use the app as it's a waste of time resetting my password every time I want to use it.

Terrible app, half the stuff doesn't work, no acknowledgement of payments made, even after 7 working days.

There are no offers u guys provide, it's only stupid wheel alignment from bridgestone... it used to be awesome app 3 years ago with awesome offers like $50 cheap service from most of the bridgestone. Hamilton got 5 Bridgestones but none if them offers this. Shame, used to new 3×Flybuys and half price Max carwash from Z. But nothing now... Now plz don't reply with ( Stay connected with us,we r keep adding more offers----that's what customers been reading since 3 years :-/

This app should show how much and when I have made payments; What's left to pay and when the next payment is due. This app does nothing more then on the website itself and any further information information requires a phone call.

Feels like an app for the sake of an app. Useful, but not essential. Displays what they send me in the mail, which is handy.

I have four policies with State yet only get the option to redeem one VTNZ offer. But it doesn't matter, because the app force closes when I click any offer anyway.

After 10-20 seconds of use suddenly the state app crashes. Have sent a few reports through now. Am using a samsung s7.... Not very good to send out an email launching an app that clearly (from the ratings) is full of glitches

Registration works fine and gets all your details but it then spoils it all by requesting all the same details when you make a claim

Tried time and time again and all it will say is 'finding offers' with a buffer wheel. Doesn't load anything. Doesn't let me go into anything. Tried uninstall and re install. Tried different Internet connections. Nothing works. Sorry guys. The idea seems to be there but it's just not happening.

Need to be able to register vehicles and homeNcontents policy's to this AP, Then it will be usefull. Untill then its just wasting memory space on my device.

The purpose of the state app is to make you use the website and give you trivia. Pointless waste of everyone's time

Last time u guys said u'll add good offers.. jist checked these are really rediculous.●All good offers are gone since last 2,3 updates.there used to be half prize car wash n triple flybuys points from Z gas station..i used to fill car's tank everyweek from Z.. now moved to Mobil.. in this update U r just tryin to give customers to VTNZ. Those offer we can get from any Mechenic.provide us something that is not normally available. ●i joined state by my frnds reccom N got app for offers but now worthless. :-(

I was hoping that this application would show my current insurance policies with you with a log in option? Instead its just a quoting application with mediocre discounts. Lucky to get 1 star really.

This app is a good start - however you really do need to keep going with the development work please. The app's focus is on State rather than on your customer. What do I, your customer, need? 1) To be able to log in just once;I can't seem to be able to log in at all. 2) To be able to find out ALL about ALL of the insurances I hold with you; where is this option? That will do for starters. As I said, please keep going. Thanks
