App is broken and cannot make claims. After spending what feels like hours populating data then finally clicking submit claim there is an error saying to check connection. But i have internet connectivity.

I was so excited by the concept of this app. Thought it would save me so much time. But as the policy holder I'm the only one who can lodge claims so still takes me just as long as filling out the form for my whole family. Would be good if my husband could also submit claims for himself and the kids

It won't let me login on my Samsung S4 with up to date software (5.0.1). Keeps coming up with conection error. I tried it on my Samsung Note 10.1 tablet with outdated software (4.4.2). No problems

Got all the way to the end of the claim and it couldn't upload 3 photos of invoices. Tried 2, didn't work, tried 1, didn't work. Couldn't submit without an upload. Argghhh! At least I could login I guess? Maybe the app needs more testing?

Works reasonably well, glad to see the bank account deets auto-populate. Would increase to 5 stars if fingerprint authentication was offered.

Nice app and easy to submit claims. Also really liked the details of the consumption my allowance very easily. Keep doing great work. One thing I missed most is the ability to see the consumption of the others members- which I can do using the website but not in the app. The second drawback is need to inform account every time, should suggest the last.

App to incomplete . Why can't we see claims in progress ? Why do i have to input bank account details every time a new claim is launched? Why is there no list of historic claims, at least of the last 12 month? Get this sorted and we have a winner.

Wow. Excellent app. No real need to go onto the PC anymore. Claims are so easy to fill out.

App works OK but having to enter account number every single time when submitting a claim is just ruthless. No option to save the account number within the app.

There needs to be a list of your current claims and their statuses, and a claims history would be good too. A way of saving frequently used providers would be useful.

Needs to save bank account details so you don't have to type in your account number every time you make a claim. Also to save the details of frequently used providers so don't have to type in every time. Need to see claims status and advice like in the website. There was also an issue where the app would crash when you take a photo of an invoice to upload, not sure if that's been fixed as I've gone back to using the website. That's my 2 cents.

Not bad, saves a lot of time with making claims. The only thing that anoys me is that i can't upload a saved receipt unless its an image. This means i have to print out the receipt and then take a photo of it instead of uploading a pdf file for example.

Please add a feature to remember my back account number so it can be reused each time I make a claim. At the very least, allow pasting into this field. It is painful to have to type it in every time.

This app saves so much time instead of looking for policy documents or filing a claim you can do it through the app. Seeing my policy limits and how much I've used is also a huge bonus

Looks great. Easy to use. But Hoping to see these additions in future : ALL recent claims associated with my account show in Claims tab, whether submitted via app or website. Ability to claim for ALL things including surgical. Don't see why only certain types can be claimed but others are required to done on the site. But so far it's a very good app. 4/5

Tried to claim. However when loading a photo either by taking it or loading it, the app logged out. It did not save the claim data that I had entered either.

Easy to use. Also love the virtual card - means one less physical card I have to carry around. Would be good if you could see pdf's of all prior claims like on the website version. Nice work overall.

Uploaded a claim. Easy and only took a couple of minutes.

Spent 10 mins uploading a claim. Took a picture, the app selected a picture from my gallery not the picture I just took. Also failed to upload claim. I kept on getting the error message... Oops.

After I installed the app and then entered my login name and password, it said the version was out of date and asked me to upgrade the app. But where can I find the upgrade?

After several attempts I've managed to submit my claim. First attempt the app crashed and I was taken back to the home screen. 2nd and 3rd attempt I was told there was a problem and I need to try again. Then, finally, it went through. I also find it annoying that you can't save your bank account number on there, you have to put it in manually each time. I still find it easier to use the app, though, instead of having to upload the receipts on my computer each time

the app looks and feels great. seems so easy to submit a claim, UNTIL you get to the OOPS at the end and realize you've been wasting your time !
