Hundred Pushups for Android
Interface is not great...it just helps with how many u got to do on what day....good enough
On the site, it says to start on week 3/col 3 since my initial test was 26 pushups. The app has me starting on week 3/col 2. Which is correct?
doesnt work devs stop working on it
A bit simple but if you stick to your personal program it is very effective.
No option to change for portrait/landscape? Locked to portrait mode when i'm on a tablet is silly.
I've done the program using the website previously and am now two weeks in to doing it with the app. I really love the fact that this app keeps a log of your progress, times your rests between sets and provides a tone when it's time to resume pushups. It also provides a reminder about each set and let's you increase rest time and add pushups to the sets if needed.
A great motivational tool.
Good app probably not THAT much better than a free one but for a dollar its alright. A reminder system would be good.
It works better for me than printouts and I like the logging.
Good app but until the facebook thing is fixed its going to stay like this
I bought this app over a year ago. Started getting a message this morning that the app is unlicensed and I need to buy or quit the app.
Awesome app! At 50 press ups when I do them by myself thanks to this app... although I do thinks 6 weeks to do 100 is a but hard... useful app
Crashes everytime i submit reps done otherwise 4stars.
Excellent
Yes its pretty simple but I think it is the best out there
Simple and effective.
A good app when it comes to the push-ups. It does however expect a fast development in ability of push-ups, way too fast in my case and I find myself in doing days two and three times to be able continue. A big disappointment when the update didn't include an option to edit log. If you do the reset to initial day the log and graph will be messed up with no way of resetting the whole application nor deleting added posts to the log. I give it 3 stars because of these issues.
This is just the motivation I need. Already doing four times as many pushups and I'm feeling great! Posting to facebook seems to be broken.
I love the incremented workouts, but at end of each, update fb button fails to update fb. Am I doing something wrong? Lg ally (andriod os). Love it, makes the plan even easier and more fun than the print and fold schedule from website, but app doesn't seem to update my facebook. LG Ally.
Just started out, works fine apart from the Facebook post. Would be lovely to have the interface optimised for tablets though, although works fine in compatibility mode!
The timer and push up quantity prompt are great. Is there a way this program could be tied to or integrate with a calendar? That way a person could begin immediately and track the rest days between reps as well as track progress across real calendar time.
I like the idea of the 100 pushup challenge. And I really like the idea of an app to help motivate and pace you. So, why then does the app force to you to increase so quickly? I am stuck at Week 1, Day 2. The numbers required for Week 1, Day 3 and beyond are just too much. I would think that if you enter your actual values for each day you use the app, the app would adjust the number of reps for each set for the next day. But the app does not appear to do that. So, until that gets fixed, 3 stars.
Does precisely what it says it will do in a very simple format. Really like it a lot!
Why on Earth is the Android version so much worse than the iPhone version? Do Android users not deserve the same? More or less half the functionality as the iPhone version: I've owned both. Very, very disappointing.
Very Good App
Would be great if there was a way to sync your progress across multiple devices or even in case you gave to reinstall the app
Purchased the pro version this app some time ago and have yet to see it updated once. It has a few annoyances but does work. It seems to have been abandoned by the developers.
I reset to a certain day quite often, when doing so, only the graph works. The log no longer shows up.
I liked using this app but since my phone upgraded to ice cream sandwich it won't save workouts.
I cant believe all the people complaining about this app. Its a workout app, it requires you to stop being lazy and get physically fit, if you want everything to be done for you by the app i.e. marking everything in your calender then you probably shouldnt be working out if you are really so lazy you cant take the time out of your life to remember what days you need to do it. Dont trash the app because you cant fathom the idea of doing anything yourself. That being said, buy this app i highly recommend it.
Didn't put me in correct level as what the graph online showed...doesn't upload to Facebook despite saying the issue is fixed and doesn't have the same setup options as the iPhone app...eg : setting a reminder.
Paid the $1 but still doesnt update FB. But love the app. Gets me moving!!
Still can't facebook update! Went from free version to paid one but still can't post to facebook. Samsung S3 here.
So I installed the app after starting a new workout. Read the reviews to find out a few "kinks" were found but paid the $1.29 anyway. Got the app, and immediately it read "force close". Sent a complaint to the designer who quickly responded. I gave him information on my phone, and we'll see what happens.
I downloaded this app so I could make Facebook posts. The app is "misconfigured" for Facebook posts even though the developer claims it has been fixed. There had better be an update soon that fixes this. They cut a lot of corners in developing this app. Asking the user to only backfill their log once is just lazy design and implementation. Not impressed, SoftwareX. Get the free version of the app, there's nothing extra in the purchased version.
Not much to say other than you will see results. Regardless of if you hit 100... You will see a serious increase.
Love this app. Use it every week as part of my routine. Needs to have the ability to be able to change log in info for Facebook if your Facebook info changes. Still, love thus app. Did the 100 several times now.
Weak. VERY simple. Should be free. No tracking with real calendar. Keep looking for a better app and save your $.
Isn't there any way to reset the home screen if you want to start the whole thing from zero? I ran through a couple of "dummy" workouts after installing and it includes those in the count to date.

This app won't load with the new android software. I have to go into the market to open the app
