Very laggy to show basic info. An 'ad' to show you how to use the app keeps showing up and preventing me from using the app.

after downloading and installing it asks for my email address. I enter that and it tells me my email address and password don't match an account, even though there's no field to enter a password.

Not giving me access to what I need to function as a delegate. Nor to mention the nice to have information.
