Nearly perfect. Once I log into the app I have to select "mobile services" and then enter my phone number and pin to check my balance etc. You should integrate so everything is available to you when the app opens. I would appreciate your feedback on this. Cheers Mike

I would be happy to give this app a higher rating if it wasn't for their current bandwidth ring. I would prefer seeing data that has been added one, with a clearer counting down. At the moment I feel its pretty cryptic at the moment. Change it back, because right now it feels like it was set up for the companies benefit, not mine. Also, why can't they show our payments in the same app. They show our bill statements.

Like others have mentioned, since the update I can no longer open the app. Every time I try it sits on the splash screen for a while then goes to a message informing me that my browser is out of date. It's very broken.

Hardly works with new update and when it does work the new layout is bad, only good thing is the addition of saving your card details. Will update if app gets better again

needs fixing im using huawei gt3 android marshmellow and app is slow and lags and has a mind of its own navigates to stuff that I have not even selected and cant even use the menu

A Useful App! I mainly use it to check my data usage but would love the addition of "Manage my Data Blocks". Login issues: even though the login says username/email, the app only allowed me to login with username. It wouldn't accept my email address. Had no other problems on Vodafone Mini (785), Vodafone Smart 4 and Vodafone Smart 6. Thanks. :-)

This app is a joke..I downloaded it onto my phone over a month ago and this whole time its displayed a message that you guys are having "technical issues". So now I've downloaded onto my tablet only to be welcomed with same message. Same goes for your guys website!!! You encourage customers to use it advertising that its an easy option to keep track of your account and then it doesn't even work. How have you guys seriously had technical issues continuously for over a month??!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

This app drives me absolutely nuts. Navigation through the different screens is a royal pain and there is no substance / details behind the reported usage etc. Honestly, I have no idea why you would even want this on your phone. Compared to Vodafone's app this one sucks big time. I can see you have tried to make it 'simple', but geez Louise, the lack of functionality makes it a complete dud. You can do better than this...

doesn't log in . so no use . I was reading back 5months ago feedback and it's the same complaint I'm writing as it keeps saying technical issues . no one will fix it so might as well delete this app .

Can log in... then what. All info is incorrect or missing. Contact tab suggests times but won't submit request. Balance incorrect. It's on my mobile but there's no info about my mobile's usage. Plan info incorrect. I give up at this point and close it. Zero stars would be more appropriate considering the hype and advertising about the app. Mind you, my whole Slingshot account has been screwy since day one and they don't seem to know how to fix that either. Technical issues, rather, incompetence.

Login attempt says its experiencing technical difficulties. This after being told by help staff that its easier to contact them thru the app, than waiting on a phone cue for 1 hr, which has happened twice. And we aren't even connected with them yet. Very worried about service going forward!
