Has it's own mind if it will work or not. It forgets what you have watched and were your up too.
Keeps freezing. It works sometimes other times it will stop stop half way through a show. Frustrating
Terrible, consatntly crashes, typical for services by sky who don't care about the customers
This app is useless. Won't even open! Just keeps loading.

App no longer opens on any device in the house. Used to work on them all.
Great when it's not frozen loading content or getting error 3305...
Always glitchy
Like neon only because of game of thrones but after the lagging and blurred pixelation of late I'm over it. Fix it or give me a free years subscription because this isn't worth the $20 or so I pay monthly. Would be easier to illegally download. Such a bloody shame.
Frustrating app sound chops in an out making most content unwatchable. When contacting support they say it's my internet but when I cast anything else e.g YouTube the cast is perfect. I will be cancelling my subscription
Poor streaming performance. Pauses frequently, streams drop out and shows are often just unable to be played. I don't get these issues with Netflix or YouTube.
Worse than before. Crashes more often and you can't disconnect from casting once you have finished the episode.
App doesn't store last played position as it is full of episodes with 50 seconds remaining. Android buttons hide the play buttons. Quality resets to low on every new episode. Can't download episodes. Crashed several times. Can't auto skip recap or intro. Overall really unpleasant app to use, it's a big part of the reason I've cancelled my account
Dont compare this app to the Netflix app, you'll be disappointed. Casting worked fine one day, massive issues the next day

Unsure... Selection is good at times but some movies have audio issues on chromecast. Jason Bourne casts fine, the BFG casts OK but has audio skipping issues consistently. Switching to the first, sounds is fine, switching back to BFG sounds skips again. Spotify had a similar issue that they resolved so clearly an app issue.
Great recent movies and TV shows. Only issues are: 1. We are unable to change the quality of the show once it's being chromecasted so it's chewing through our data. 2. They are individual titles for every season so it's hard to find anything 3. The categories are too broad. Would be good to have sub categories like historical drama, romantic comedy, crime thriller. All in all we will stay for the free trial, but won't stay as we can't afford to use over 2gb per 1 hour of watching as we are on rural wireless.
The worst streaming service around, and yet the most expensive... dont waste your money on a subscription, its unwatchable. Selection is very limited too. Even tvnz on demand offers a better app/service... for free!
It's got the latest movies and tv shows but it keeps buffering and cuts and sound cuts off too. Please fix asap then I will consider extending my membership.
The worst streaming app I have ever used. Might as well remove the ability to connect with Chromecast since the feature does NOT work at all.
When will you be adding seasons 6 & 7 of The Walking Dead? That's probably my only issue with your service. I've been waiting for ages.
Actually unwatchable through Chromecast. Sound chops in and out constantly. Can't charge money for this. TV and movie selections are good.
The service is better from illegal streaming than Neon. GoT episode constantly skips sound via Chromecast (even at different houses) and getting error 3322 constantly on my device
Audio buffers badly when casting, unable to change video quality, and doesn't save progress with which episode or how far along you are in watching it.
Aspect ratio is just stretched to fit your screen which means it's no good on most tablets. Audio is often out of sync. Poor streaming quality. Garbage.
It cannot play a full episode of GoT when streaming to Chromecast. I'll definitely cancel my subscription at the end of the month
It was ok for a month and now it takes ages to load so I can't watch anything which is a bummer....

Usability is woeful at best, "HD" is 720p at best if that, you're lucky if you can stream something in its entirety without it freezing or hitching. The user interface is poorly laid out. If someone else is wanting to watch the same thing as you then their servers cannot handle the load (i.e. when a game of thrones episode comes out you're lucky if you can watch it that night.) Suspect the only way to improve this app and platform is to wipe the slate clean and start afresh.
Terrible service and application, I have fast internet and quality isn't of a good enough standard. Chromecast use is pointless as the sound chops in and out every second so is unwatchable
Getting better but there's a lot of work to do to match the sickness and ease of use of Netflix.
Can't get the sound and video to sync at any quality on my S8. No trouble with any other streaming service.
The app or website is not letting me unsubcribe. Please let me unsubcribe before trail ends.
this app needs to be fixed you are aware people pay to use this app under their phone bill and it keeps freezing or just not working , disappointed in this needs to be fixed

Keeps me up to date with the latest movies and television shows. I am constantly using this app instead of watching regular television, where programming is often not the greatest choices.
