Pizza Hut New Zealand

Everytime I load a new page I get a pop up telling me to check my internet connection, not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times. Like it's so annoying having to constantly dismiss the same pop up multiple times each time I load a new page. I have unlimited fibre broadband at home and currently have 15.8gb accumulated on my mobile plan. Fix your stupid app ya dummies.

It is terrible after update! Without signing it you can't buy pizza, and you can't sign in because it crashes all the time. What is wrong with you Pizza Hut? I just want to order pizza and pick it up! Why the hell do I need to sign in for that?!

Very disappointed. Went to the Deals option, selected a deal, took the time picking our order with the kids, went to pay and was told that deal isn't available for our local store. I did go back and look, there is nothing to indicate the deal was only for select stores. Waste of our time, so we went elsewhere.

Waste of time. I selected the pizzas I wanted and started through the checkout process, when I get to the end it informs me the pizzas I have selected are not available - take them off the farking menu!

It's better then calling up and I just have to say I'm speechless. With all this fancy technology coming into 2017. It's just a life change tbh ❤

Hate the new update and trying to order is slow and doesn't work properly. Had to close app several times. Gave up in the end and got something else for dinner

The app takes ages to load, and halfway through order it times out and you have you start all over again. After 20 minutes of repeated frustration, I gave up and phoned in my order - I only wanted 1 pizza!

Hopeless, crashes, says check internet connection when I'm on unlimited. Worst thing is the app is just a copy and paste of the website, offers no features at all. Utter rubbish, not useful and a waste of time.

Relatively easy to use. Would be good if it remembered my details so I don't have to enter name address etc every time.

Since the update this App is terrible beyond belief! I used to use it a lot but now I can't use it for it's purpose at all. 1) location can never find me 2) Checkout times out EVERYTIME 3) Adding just one pizza takes literally multiple minutes, I see what they were going for, but the execution is so disappointing. There are more, I hope Pizza Hut gets a huge discount from their developer.

Have tried a few times to use the app can't log in due to wrong password have never been asked to install password.

Trying to find store it would not go through. Keep on processing all the time.

Worthless app!. Completed my order only to get stuck and unable to push continue after selecting a store.. why make a app yous don't even pay attention to or update!!! That's why domino's is better ????????

Cumbersome to use. Too involved and too much PR crap. I just want to know whats available and order it. This is really just a phishing excercise to get email addresses to spam. If they really wanted to provide a service the receipt would confirm the delivery address. And you cant check on the progress of your order - you just have to hope it turns up at the right time and to the right address - VERY poorly thought out app.

Useless app, cannot find any stores near me and won't let me manually select one.... seems like this app is full of problems, don't waste your data

Downloaded afew times. Slow as hell between items selected..... then go to store. 10mins later its still thinking about it. Do it all again... same. And again. Same. Thats it get @#$&ED Pizza Hut. Plenty of other options.

Redirects to a down web page oh well dominoes pizza doesn't do this and is way easier to order online. So forget pizza hut. Il b letting all my fam and friends know not to bother.

Ok app until the end when u pay by visa it puts thru payment but not order just says error. Had to ring up and order then get them to ring head office to confirm. Dominos way Ezyr.

App forgets details every single time. Have to re type all my details every time I order, easier to do this online. Pretty much all the other pizza places remember my login details.

It orders pizza but it's not very well refined, the old website worked perfect on my phone, the new one and thus this app like others have commented doesn't remember your login or your last used store for pickup, so takes a bit more time to order than I could using the old website. Glad to see the 'Download the app' pop-up has gone when using the app tho

I ordered two pizzas last night, received email conformation that my order was being prepared, only to get to the store and my order wasn't even on the system. Double checked email, right store, cashier checked for my order again, nothing. Wasted my gas and time. Sort your app out pizza hutt app developers. Not helpful if you're on a time budget. If we have to call the store after ordering online - it defeats the purpose of online orders...

Don't download. This app is slow and clunky. It fails to remember your order. Basically no point.

Doesn't work for me. Says ilweb page is unavailable or may have moved. Even if accessing with wi fi at hom

It doesnt work keeps telling me I dont have internet connection when I do.

The app was user friendly but when trying to use the payment by credit card it wouldn't let me. I thought it was a once off but it's happened twice. Last time I paid the mobile eftpos fee this time I just went on to the website through chrome.

Was confusing, not sure if my order is being processed or was even received as there was no notification at all despite me placing my order and giving my card details.

Very clumsy constantly crashes and gets stuck. Constantly need to redo the order and when it crashes it logs you out some times as well its a complete dog. They just cant compete with dominos in this department. Shame they cant learnt from them either.

I've thought about this rating because I am updating a previous rating. The app itself is fine and I said I would update once I got my money back bur Pizza Hut had notice back in May with the same glitch that ruined my 40th Birthday so since they haven't fixed the bug in 5 months I can't possibly give it more than 3 stars.

While paying for my order, app crashed. Store never received my order, nor did I get a confirmation, but the payment went through. Uninstalling this app.

App is terribly slow. Attempted to change delivery address from 3 years ago but was unable to within the app so ordered from domino's instead.
