WISE Prepay

They turn up on my door step and said they had cheaper rates than globug but with globug we had $25 a week in power and our first wek with wise we spent $80!! When I rung they told me no we would never say they were cheaper cause they arent! Im not happy

Rates keep getting higher and higher not f****n happy with your guys service when I first signed up I was told no disconnection fees and surprise surprise couple months later $35 disconnection fee applies not only that with glo bug I spent $40 a week with wise prepay almost $70-$100 a flippen week! Ridiculous man and gets worse I can't understand any of your contact centre reps none of them speak proper English! So frustrating seriously changing back to globug ! F*** this company!

They are such a rip off apparently ive used $40 in 3days, I find this hard to belive when no one is home all day we dont get back till around 630 ! I will check the app and it will say during the day i used $15 or $10 bloody rip off . I wouldnt even give it one star

Wise is a absolute rip off.. Its just myself and my 2 kids we are never home they estimate my daily charge of $5.03 and then today a estimate of $30.25 this week I have spent nearly $60 on power ... ridiculous. .. and there customer service lady just laughed instead of helping... very poor service ... do not go with wise

Needs to show how much u topped up and when...

Some of their customer service representatives are pure useless. Not once have i called and got a rep that actually listens to what im saying or has a good attitude. When they answer the phone im stuck on hold straight away before i even get to say ok! They talk like they just the want the enquiry over and done with. Very poor service!!!!

Feel ripped off

Called call center and was advised to contact glo bug to find out when I would be connected with wise. Poor call center staff I even spoke with manager and was on speaker during call. Very frustrating I decided based on call experience to not continue with Wise
