Pregnancy Contraction Timer for Android
My husband found and installed this app for me. It took me a little time to get used to it but wow, it worked out well. We got to the hospital, I was checked, and it was the right time to stay and proceed; very glad I had/have this app.
I just downloaded this as I have 6 days until my due date. It looks simple to use and has exactly what I'd want for when the big day comes. For what can be a chaotic time, I want something that'll give me quick results and help me track contractions. I can't wait to try this app! I did notice it doesn't have a reset button. I had to clear data to clear my practice timed results.
Just what we were looking for. The only problem we had was double pressing by mistake but that was just us in the heat of the moment.
I like how simple this app is, and that you can send your list by email. Timing the contractions helped me stay focused and calm before I got to the hospital. My one small dislike was not being able to fix the list (for instance, when I forgot to stop), which made it inconsistent at times, but really, this is a good app! :)
Helped us tremendously. Thank you. Try making a divider line to desperate each contraction and possibly a reminder to stop the timer after 3 minutes since they usually don't last quite that long. Sometimes would forget to stop it. Other than that it was SO helpful. Thanks.
I downloaded a few contraction counters to decide which to keep and use when I need it. I had high hopes for this one as I liked the average timing calculations but when I tested it all the averages remained at zero despite me registering several contractions.
Very handy and super easy to use. It was encouraging to see just how far apart contractions were. Eliminated the problem of the clock in the kitchen being two minutes off from the clock in the bedroom.
I thought the app worked fine. My wife hated it because I kept having to bug her about when the contraction ended. She was annoyed and in pain!
This app worked great for us! We had two others that did not work for us. The only change I would make is the Start/Stop contraction timer needs to be larger. Thanks!
We used the app when my wife started having the contractions. Much better then using the cooker clock! :) Very big thanks to the developer
Simple list of contractions and breaks including durations. Averages for the last five are very helpful. Broken water and e-mailable list are a nice touch. No way to record intensity and start-to-start only available as an average.
Lol can't rate it cuz I wasn't able to use it! Was induced on Monday, gave birth on Tuesday. Thanks anyway
Helped time my contractions as I didn't want to rush to the hospital too early. Very easy to use esp under the stress of labor
For two babies in a row, i used this app to monitor contractions. Great to be able to email contraction list. Thanks!
Used this with the birth of my last child...came in handy at the hospital when I was asked how long and far apart they were. Just handed over my phone
Many thanks - used by my wife and I, only addition I'd recommend adding is ability to undo multiple start / stops, rather than just the last one.
After downloading five different apps, this one has the right combination of features - working email, average over last five contractions, permanent water-breaking marker, etc.
Great app. Used lots during my pregnancy. Useful for timing to see if contractions are regular etc. Would benefit from a widget for your home screen.
Good application! I was able to let my doctor know how many contractions I was getting and how far apart they were. Used until I got to the hospital!
Undo doesn't work on water breaking event. Email averages would be nice.
I like that it can mark when your water breaks! I didn't see that on any other app.
Very good tool to have. Helps let you know when its time to go. We just had our baby and without this app it would of caused more stress of doing math.
This was so helpful. During a contraction you can't think but its easy pressing a button
Used this for our first child on my old android phone and it was great, now 2 years on im pleased to see its still going strong and im downloading as it looks like our second might make appearance soon. Recommended!
This was great! I wish I would have had it for my fist kid. Its simle to use and in that situation simple is very good. Thank you for a great app
Great app! Helped me a lot especially bcuz ur in alot of pain & really dont want to look @ the time n remember it! y not just press a button? Thanks!!
Great app. Very useful and assisted both my wife and I. Would be great to be able to edit entries or to stop and restart timing, but I found it very useful just the way it is. Thanks dev
Gives you the basics you need. Beware other apps that don't show frequency. This one does.
This is how I knew I was in true labor. In 2012. It was helpful because my partner was M.I.A. even though I was alone I was in control.
This application was very useful to my wife and I while she was in labor. It was simple and took the guesswork out of keeping track of contractions
Checked out all free contraction timers and this one seems to be the one for me. Thanks for a great app. :)
It's nice in theory but when you're in pain with contractions the last thing you want to do is pull up an app
At 3:30 in the morning I decided "it's time to time these contractions". So, I quickly found this app, and it did exactly what I needed it too. You can even email the stats out. An hour later, I was on my eat to the hospital!
Love this app! Great setup. Great everything. Does exactly what it says and keeps everything organized. Good job!
Brilliant and very useful app. Some buttons could do with a bit of work to make them clearer and less prone to double pushes. Still brilliant though!
this aplication is the best. I tried others, but this is the most adecuate when you are in the last weeks.
I like the fact that the app shows both contractions and break numbers which is something I don't find in other similar apps. I turned phone off then back on and the counter was able to track the time elapsed. Some suggestions : 1. After undo I think the label on the left button should revert to the last state but it didn't. 2. Idea to add one entry to the log of when water broke is a good idea but I suggest to also display it on screen so there's no need to scroll to find it.
O for awesome! Heard about this app from someone in my ante-natal class. Works perfectly and no unnecessary system access. Thanks developer. Ideos8150
Fonctionne bien. L'interface pourrait être amelioree. M'a bien rendu service.

This app has changed for the worse since my last pregnancy six years ago. Before, I could email the contraction list to myself. But I cannot figure out how to do that now. It only shows the red, green, and blue screen that gives you the option for contraction ended, contractions started, and water breaking. I don't see any type of navigational tools to go back to another page or I can email or reset the numbers. I'm deleting this app and looking for something better
