- At least, 24 ~ 48 hours advanced booking is essential to assure successful reservation.
- Discount rate can vary for each operators and change depending on season demands
- We provide at least 5% discount for any reservation with our selected partners.
- If reservation is not successful, full reservation amount will be refunded.
- In the event of cancellation, Refund is possible, when the cancellation notice has reached to us at least one day before. Minimal administration cost(3%) will be deducted unless the cancellation was caused by activity operators.
VIP Membership fee is not refundable in any circumstances.
