Energy Online for Android
App is not working...doesn't show daily usage like it used to. There's really no point in an app that can only tell me what my total is at the end of the month - I get an email to give me that information. What I want to see and monitor is what power I am using daily...please
Have used the app for a few months now. Past few days later cannot log on as all it says is UNKNOWN ERROR. not once did the company sort this out even though l am sure they would get error messages there end. In the past few months had 25% of the readings estimates instead of actuals - so NOT impressed. App should include Gas readings too as this is purchased with power through the same company. So total waste of time.... today 03/09/2016 i cannot log onto the app. Keeps saying Email and Password incorrect
I downloaded this app as it said it I could view my daily usage but it won't let me see it. I went with this power company so I could keep an eye on my daily usage to make sure it was as low as possible but I can't even do that. If this isn't fixed asap I will be changing power companies
What's the point in having an app that's apparently not even accurate. New 'smart meter' reading is over $100 dollars more of what the app has told us it is. So the information is apparently useless according to the customer service rep. So what's the point.
I used to find it helpful. Now it's just taking up space. I have not idea what my account for the last month was because it only says no data to display. Absolutely horrible. Going to change my power company asap cause I only joined so I could watch my power and make sure it was as low as possible and I can't do that with use any more :(
When my last months bill was finalised the app on my phone stopped working and now not telling me what my daily usage is but is saying what my outstanding bill is. When phoning energy online was told if not working by Mon to phone back as technical fault due to a power cut we had from weather but is registered as hot water leak due to technican that came to our house and didnt. Any help how to fix have updated app signed out and back in everything and still nothing.
This app is misleading as nowhere does it indicate the DAILY charge, only the power/$$ consumed so the total value displayed isn't what you'll actually get charged. Furthermore it doesn't state this fact anywhere! Very misleading the daily charge absolutely must be included in the total!!
The app worked well until it stopped updating my power usage....customer service have done nothing to rectify this problem for almost a month now...have sent screenshots and a detailed description but now I don't even receive an answer
Couldn't log in for days saying that the password and username are incorrect. Didn't have this problem logging in on iPhone though or even on the web version.
Will not accept my log in details. Not worth the effort
No usage is showing up since last few days.
4th time I've downloaded this app and for the 4th time having issues with it. App just showing the circle going round and round and round
Can't open it when I check my power usage or checking the bill.
Love this app, really helps take the guess work out of the picture. Well done.
But since my last bill I can no longer see my daily usage. Etc
The bugs have been fixed and it now works well again
Fault with app and bill doesn't add up
Was going good and loved using app.Now even after updating my usage data wont come up.

Won't accept my log in details
Cant see usage
Previously it used to remember my login details. Now everytime i open the app it says timed out and i have to login again. Cannot see the estimate and units consumed so far before bill date
After entering password it just keeps loading and eventually says check network connection (which I have and it's fine )
Worked fine til week or so ago and now no chance it's just not working at all
Would like it to have the amount of gas we use on a daily as well
Good app.
For instance, landing on a gas bottle page first is a bit stupid unless you have gas bottles and it might be a good idea to make sure you alert people properly after paying the bill, I almost paid twice because of the lack of info
Was very happy with app especially being able to keep check on usage etx. All of a sudden app not working unknown error etc but no information from energy online who is actually genesis energy and is obviously puttibg no effort to fix problems.
Errors now fixed, thanks. Good app again. But as we don't have gas being able to hide that would be useful especially as it's the default screen
Was good until a few days ago. I keep getting an "unknown error" every time I try to open the app. Reinstalled it but problem didnt resolve
Since the last fix the app won't update it's 5 days old the information and even if I log out and log back in its still the same. Please fix the app as is was good to see daily use of power to help manage usage would give it 5 ✨ if it work again

Been using app for awhile but now comes up with unknown error. Will this be fixed anytime soon?
Overall love the concept of this app but got a smart meter today and i still cant see any usage on my app??
Since yesterday when ever I tried to open the app. It says "oops unknown error".
Downloaded the app thinking I would be able to give a reading of our meter but no. No point keeping the app.

Thanks James from EOL for the explanation. Apparently my unit still used an old meter that is not fit with the new technology hehehe... Great response guys, keep up the good work. Thank you. Issue solved - (More than 4 times i did uninstall and install again but yet still cannot have the usage display. Only bill and LPG. May be the important thing is the bill for you so your customer know how much they have to pay instead of knowing how much they spent. I already email to help@energyonline.co.nz and they said will fix this issue. So please fix it. Thank you.)
