This app is awesome. Easy to access and check my balances.

Very poor UX. Have to enter my password every time so ppl have only 2 choices: 1. use very simple easy to remember password compromising security; 2. use strong password and forget about this app. No transaction details. Very slow when retrieving item details. I gave a second star only because app doesn't crash. C'mon guys, check on contemporary UI/UX requirements for mobile apps and invest some money into this app dev!

Much like the web site, it's very hard to find simple details at the summary screen. No dates, tell me the minimum to pay as well as the currently due amount to avoid interest rather than going into every transaction to find these details.

Not enough options

All I can do is look at what I've spent and it's not up to date as a large purchase I made this afternoon hasn't shown up (it's now midnight). There isn't any way to set up payments from the app which would be ideal since you're already looking at the balance.

Can never log in. Won't be using ever again, only gave 1 star as 0 wasn't an option.

Thanks guys, been hanging out for this - would be cool to be able to make repayments via the app or maybe some notification options to help keep on top of repayments. Also, the option to say yay or nay to remembering the login could be a bit clearer! Overall, easy to use & looks good! Thanks! :)

What's the matter with login issue problem so my id and password are corrected as fine with the website qcard login but this app isn't working. Whats happening

I have had to reset my phone so many times because this app seems to infect my phone with airpush ads. Process of elimination proved this app not others. Not happy as it was useful :(

The app does not show payments u made. Only what you purchased it will show. Please fix this. Also, very slow when u start to open the app.

No option for fast PIN login and 3/4 of the activity screen is taken up with merchant details instead of payments made, it needs a revamp pls!

This app is frustrating. It's so slow to load. Needs to improve otherwise out it goes.

Slowest app ( financial services app) I ever seen. Just able to check the balance and purchases done. Not able to get recent transaction like payments made. It would be great if you guys add the options to get the statements or recent transactions (includes payments made), most importantly plz fix the app so that it can be quick.

Been trying these last 2 weeks to log in under this app, I end up using the browser instead as this app doesn't let me log in at all any more.

Super handy to have but it is starting to run really slow. Takes a while to open the app and to login it. Would be helpful if it showed more information like the website does.

The application is very slow when logins and I think that it needs some work done on the application, so the customers can do there stuff a lot more faster.

PRO- shows relevant information and easy to navigate. CON- This app is painfully slow and because of this I will be sticking to viewing information on the qcard website.

Much better than the paper statements. Just perfect for my needs though would be better if $0 balanced items moved down and the balance owing items moved up to the top. Thanks guys :-)

Fantastic on-the-go app for my Q-card. But would really like a q-card store finder app. Pleeeeaaase! ! Would make finding a store so much easier. Thank you! :-)

why does a card on hold block access when i can still access your customer web portal? seems an arbitrary and meaningless restriction not to mention an inaccurate error.

Cheers to the q card team. I've been hoping for an app for a while. Especially love that I can click on purchases and see how much I owe for each purchase - it gives me a simple no-fuss breakdown. I wouldn't mind being able to make payments but I've already set that up on my banking app to make quick payments. :) So its not a big deal. Keep up the great work!

App should give the option to research stores that accept the card as well. All it does atm is to show transactions and whatever you owe for it.
