PayClip for Android
Have been trying to get some support for this app and simply get lip service currently it is asking for an upgrade and guess what thers is no upgrade evident or accessible. Been in touch with bnz merchant service and Support appears to be non existent just fired off an email of my discontent and obviously will review this review on their response
Nice for the customers, but pretty bad back end. Why no running daily total or imediate calculation of credit card fees etc.
What is the point of this app? It doesn't work, i cant put in decimal points so can only charge round numbers and wont even connect to my device. 2 weeks of calling to sort it and haven't herd anything
Great when it doesn't crash . happens every time I open it and have to open again. Also cancels transactions randomly but then the payment still goes through charging the client twice.
Not work intrupt when updating . Replace to pay clip pad still same problem. Need provide technical support on the apps.fix a main problem .
Come on BNZ I expected to at least put a decimal point in, or have you no cents

Too difficult to install. Says it is installed in Play Store and will not show icon.
Didn't install properly when following instructions wouldn't connect to use and lost over $400.00 in sales at an expo they wouldn't service on weekends sent the damn thing back! No apology no refund aweful service and no follow up! Don't get it.

Lack of information on the new payclip device. It simply has nothing I could use to determine what payclip wad new or old I get sick of these people making life harder with un user frindly rubbish that wastes my time. I wanted to change banks after calling bnz and getting someone in god nows where that I couldn't understand.
Authentication for purchases takes a very long time. The transaction history no longer works on my phone as it no longer displays after Dec ( we are in feb now) and I have to use the web portal instead which is hard to use. And the history there isn't in date order! The authentication setup is very cumbersome for users, and self. And I've had transactions just time out on me, done them again to find I've charged the client twice! Come on BNZ you can do better then this.

Can't pre set your products with its total amount for each product, I would like to see my products saved or can upload them so all I need to do is click on what product my customer is purchasing. All I see is the end of their credit card numbers, more management for me knowing which customer brought what.
Say's not compatable with samsung S4 but works fine. Is a little slow to process a sale. (At lest 15 secs). Also has issues reading swipe card but reads chips fine. Apart from that all good
Didn't accept password in second transaction when it did in first. Payments sometimes wouldn't go through or took too long. Won't use anymore unless client had ample time and patience to wait with me while I try multiple times. Needs to be easy to use, reliable and stable everytime! Or looks unprofessional
Have just received the device, had previously downloaded the app (onto my samsung galaxy sIII) and set everything up. It works like a dream...so easy! I'm thrilled!

I was able to do two transactions then it stopped working. Haven't been able to even log in, reset several times on advice by help desk. No luck, the help desk blame my phone
When launched says cannot run on rooted phone I never rooted my phone, can't install on tablet as not compatible not happy!
