Bnz you need to fix your APP sometimes have to login a few times have refreshed it with a new download APP still it's not good!!!

Decent app but fingerprint login broke for Android Oreo.

Would be cool if you could have the option to hide or unhide particular accounts yourself on the app

Didn't have any issues with this app in the past but in the last month it doesn't let me log in. Like Tash mentioned before, it accepts your login info but takes you right back to the login screen. It's a bit of an issue when you need to make a transfer between accounts in an emergency and have to go through a slow browser instead.

Won't let me log in. Accepts my password and then goes back to the log in screen. Has been doing for almost a week. Works fine if I go on the actual website instead of this app. Extremely inconvenient

Decimal point is not on TouchPad keyboard, have to click into symbols. Something so simple & probably easily fixed makes multiple transaction frustrating. Hashtag & asterix are on there?? Otherwise good.

Love the mechanics - fingerprint unlock, savings goal and quick pay, but the interface and icon seem a bit blocky and rough. Maybe a material design would suit the app a bit better to give it a more 2017 feel. Otherwise a great banking app.

Very slick and user-friendly design, but lacks security. It should really have the feature to automatically logout whenever you close the phone or navigate away from the app, and require the PIN to re-enter (same as the ASB app). I don't use a PIN on my smartphone so I'm scared I'll forget the app is open and leave it logged in.

It used to be very good, but it doesn't let me log in unless I try around 4-5 times in a row.

I can finally fully manage APs from the mobile app! I have been waiting for this since first release. Amazing. Love it.

This update doesn't work. Won't let you log in. Just returns you to the log in screen

Fingerprint access and mobile netguard are awesome tools. Love this app. Pity I'll be taking my mortgage, credit cards and all other accounts to another bank in next couple of months

Great app! Noticed a wee bug: when you edit Payees (delete some in particular) the images get all mixed up. Keep up good work!

The fingerprint scanner does not recognize my fingerprint​. Very annoying.... Running Android nougat.

When I log in it always logs me out again straight away. So annoying!

Good app but it seems to break down at the absolute worst time! Dont become too reliant on it!!

Update to my previous review: mobile netguard is now working on the Android O developer previews.

Would be good if you could view statements on the App! Also replace Netguard with something easier

happy to use it to manage my finances on the go. i use the computer to manage the mortgage and insurances. as they are automaticly deducted every fortnoght .thanks.

Should have notifications sent to phone when a payment is made into an account...

I love the app.. easy to use and I can see all my money!

I put in my password.. it says it's loading but then just goes back to the main screen asking for my password again.. I often have to enter my password 5+ times before I actually get logged in. Have fully updated the app. Uninstalled/ re-installed it too and still having this problem :(

Can't login anymore - now a useless app New ios style interface also sucks - go back to what it is before you decided to dumb it down for the gen x's and y's

You now get five stars because of the ability to edit APs. Well done for finally adding that feature.

Having a few bank accounts in different places. I love BNZ. It feels safe. It is easy to use. From overseas - still easy (just gotta remember to take my secret numbers card. Great.

Pop advertising or malware in latest versions.

Bit laggy and slow at times but cool to use, when it works.

A widget would be a nice future feature and having online and pay wave separate

When are we going to be able to pay ird bills via mobile phone. Like child support payments etc. Its a pain having to track down a pc to make one payment.

Not as easy to use as the older ones. It can not remember previous account's used.
