Aotearoa Credit Union’s AccessMobile lets you manage your accounts when you’re on the go. Our easy to use, secure app will help you keep track of your money anywhere, anytime!
What you can do:
• Access your accounts quickly and easily with a four digit PIN
• View account balances
• View transaction history
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Add automatic payments
• Perform one-off bill payments
• Add and delete bill payees
How it works?
• Download the app.
• Enter your existing Aotearoa Credit Union Internet Banking access number and password.
• Choose to set a simple 4 digit PIN for future access or continue to use your internet banking access number and password.
• Then start managing your accounts on the go - it’s as easy as that!
Security
• Aotearoa Credit Union AccessMobile uses high quality industry security encryption to help keep your personal details safe.
• For added security, Aotearoa Credit Union AccessMobile locks you out after three attempts if you repeatedly try and log in with the wrong PIN and will time-out if the app is left running for more than two minutes with no activity.
• Lost your phone? No need to worry, just update your internet banking password online or phone us to reset it for you, and this will automatically cancel your current AccessMobile PIN.

If you don’t currently have Internet Banking with Aotearoa Credit Union you will need to register for this first before downloading the Aotearoa Credit Union AccessMobile app - contact your local branch.
It's free to use the Aotearoa Credit Union AccessMobile App, but your usual mobile data costs and standard internet banking transaction and service charges will apply.

There needs to be a payment confirmation after transferring money, all it says is "your payment request has been submitted" and for some reason we cant take a screenshot.this makes it difficult to be able to send evidence of a payment right away. I also notice there is an option to setup automatic payments but there is no option to see the "payment list" of all autopayments outgoing and no option to edit or delete them unless we go back to browser. Once we can do all this then I think it'll be a 5 star app

No ACU in my town I use all my credit just to try and ring them.They don't get back and no one at call centre either.Oh and the app sucks too....

Works for me, had no issues. Needs more access to things like setting up APs and putting holds on payments, hence why I only gave 4 stars

but completely useless if your device is rooted, app crashes straight away, which is probably why some may have problems launching app. I had to unroot to use this app which is very inconvenient for me, but understanble due to security risks that are involved when you gain root access to you're device. So safe to say app security is very well done. In my case the browser version will have to do for now. Hence why I give 4 star rating

What's wrong with the app? Uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working. Contacted ACU via the website, hell I can't even log into my internet banking anymore. You'd think with the amount of fees one pays you'd get more of a response, this is ludicrous.

Its a good app but i couldnt prove any of my Payments due to No Reciepts. So frustrating thats i lost $40 because i had no proof of payment.

For starters, it wasn't advertised or notified there was an app available I came upon it by accident, secondly, my payments don't show th payee, it only shows ET and the amount, that's not so professional and I cannot differentiate between them if they're the same payment amount!..sad :-(
