FIXiT for Android
App needs a way to track submissions. Sometimes it errors when sending a report or you never receive email confirmation so you don't know if a report gets fixited. App also needs to stop using location services once a report is sent. Decent app but needs development.
Convenient way to report problems but... Once the app requests the location, it keeps the GPS on and drains battery until I "FORCE STOP" the app. This is a battery-eating bug. Other than that, it seems to do what it needs to do. App version v2.1 with Android 7.0. The battery monitor tells me it's been using GPS for hours, long after I "closed" it.
Gets an immediate response!
A quick way to send info about things like faulty traffic lights and street lamps.
Worked on my iPhone and on my Sony Android phone under Lollipop but currently crashes with Marshmallow when I click location. Would be good if it saved contact details for next time (I don't think it does?)
Intuitively simple to use, GPS location in the city affected by the concrete canyons, never had reason to use in the wide open spaces yet. Being able to send a picture and the reason eliminates most of the pitfalls of verbal location and description of problem. Battery drainage seemed normal. Has worked every time for me and got quick response and results from council. Using my personal Samsung Note 4 and I work for WCC.
Continually fails adding location and can't submit a fault without that step. Used to work fine but useless until this is fixed.
My Note 5 is constantly warning that the app is burning up my battery. Why does the app need to run in the background once I've submitted?
The app doesn't release the GPS so it'll drain battery quickly.
Great app Easy to use and excellent follow up from the council and their contractors
Used it this morning, then got a notification this arvo that this app had been using GPS for 2 hours in the background! Please fix. Apart from this, the app does what it says.
I ended up just calling the council (and I suggest you do too, you can email them photos once you've got a reference number), the app froze when I tried to submit and lost everything I'd typed.
Doesn't hold picture or details of problem. Confirmation reply only has number and no link to problem so if reporting more than 1 no idea which has been replied to. Has gone backwards with latest versions.
Tried few times . Work perfectly
Used the app once and it had used 70% battery over night. I like the idea of the app... Would be nice if an email is sent to say if the issue is being dealt with.

Good idea, followed up by action when you report things. The 3 times I've used it I've had my reports actioned. Well done wcc
The concept of an app to send details to the council is great but this app needs a lot of work on the interface which is terrible. A dated iOS app ported to Android.
great idea poorly implemented. It insists on an address despite using gps to pinpoint your location - useless when in a regional park etc, and then uses email to submit the report rather than using a proper data implementation back end - I'll just email you and save the space on my phone!
Awesome app : )

Good idea
The app does not even allow loading a previously taken photo... how much did this cost ?
Does an ok, if slow, job. Needs to not use my email client to send the message.
Would be good if GPS filled out the location details automatically
Needs refining
After submitting report have all but the submitted details cleared.
Location problem was fixed.
...can't get geolocation to work on nexus one. Using the geolocation is the biggest advantage of this app, otherwise I might as well just log it thru the webpage...or maybe use my smart phone to call the call centre...do people still do that?! Savages.
Geolocation needs to be fixed. Hard to enter text description, as when I turned my phone on its side for easier typing the "key pad" on the screen didn't adjust. Should be able to save just the photo & location and then enter the text later.
Great idea but keeps crashing on gps location finder. Hope it can be fixed. Galaxy SIII
Straightforward, seems to work. Tested a few times, just not sent. All it needs to be. Good job.
To hard to use

Worked on my iPhone and on my Sony Android phone under Lollipop but currently crashes with Marshmallow when I click location. Would be good if it saved contact details for next time (I don't think it does?) + + + Update: new version (3.0.0.16) has fixed the location crash but now when I take a photo it says afterwards "Add Photo: Not a valid photo" (but I can add an existing photo from the Library). It now says "1/3 photo attached " but there is only one photo attached from the Library and the two failed camera photos are not present.
