CRAP- 98% of the time we can't even remotely log into the system . Waste of money .

Seems to disconnect from panel alot. Is there a fix for that?

App works fine and nice and basic. Being able to clear events would be a nice option.

We have installed several of these elite alarm units and with adequate configuratuon knowledge, this app works perfectly on android....keep up the great development work arrowhead

Cannot edit or worse you cannot delete users.

Generally works. Had a few connection issues which may or may not be the fault of the app. I need to restart the app when switching from wifi to 4g sometimes. Also can be flakey when two phones are connected to panel at the same time (Wife has iOS version). Both issues acknowledged by the developers

Does not connect anymore so no longer able to arm or unarm from my phone. Same problem on my partners iPhone

Doesn't work since the last update. Used to work perfectly. But since the last update App disconnected most of the time. I am not able to arm and disarm from the app anymore.

App works well most of the time, would be nice if it you could disable the some alerts or have the option for the alerts to be vibrate only than have your phone go off at full volume on a power failure at home even when phone is on silent.

Doesn't work can never seem to connect with panels on a Samsung or an IPhone so utter waste of money .

Cannot connect to panel all the time and do I have to uninstall and then pay again to reinstall? Otherwise it cannot be used on my phone... What a waste of money

I have to power cycle the alarm panel Ethernet module monthly when I lose access from the mobile app.

Rip off crap app, they should pay us to use it, don't waste your time or money. Works but only sees one device at a time, more than 2 devices and can't get alarm status, really stupid, IMO app is a rip off.

Mine has been connected over 6 months now been flawless. Push notifications been spot on. Only extra option I would like is to have the option to have a pin to access app. Using on S5

Had problems at the start not getting notifications when the area is alarmed but had to make sure the line is connected and the dialler is enabled. App does crash a fair bit for some reason.

Disappointed that after paying $120 for the hardware it then costs an extra $15 for the app. Also it only reliably connects when I'm on my home wifi network which kind of defeats the purpose of it?

Lots of previous comments seem not to have set their phone up correctly. I can isolate zones, get a sound and push with alarm, customise zones just like it says. Great peace of mind that work site now monitored. Thanks

Seems odd that only one device can connect at a time; when the other device connects, the alarm panel losses connection and the panel has to be re-booted. That is just one issue among many. This has been admitted by the staff. the Too expensive as well

Was working OK remotely. Then suddenly stops working. What are the reasons they can not connect ? Does the serial change from time to time ? I believe MAC stays same all the time....how about serial? Alarm works, so could it be internet connection causing app to fail?

Works well for activations.although i would like it to push when a stay alarm is made. Unstable connectivity.

When entering the MAC address make sure to enter the dashes. Also the email address should not have any space after it.

Make sure you have mobile app enabled in alarm html page before setup ;) appears to be relatively stable on my S6. Easy setup but push notifications dont appear to make any sounds, so I need to reconnect my phoneline to the alarm for now. There were a few annoying bug when the app was first released, had no issues for a while now. Score updated accordingly. Thanks AAP.

It works Fairley well. Only one issue where connection to the server keeps dropping sometimes. 5/5 if there were options to disable unwanted zones/outputs and also to hide un configured zones/outputs.

Will change my rating when (if) it does. Can't even access with multiple devices!

Won't connect to alarm on note 5 or iPhone. What's up? Nothing has changed. Don't like how unstable the app is. I really like arrowhead products but this needs to be as stable as me being with my alarm. Won't install for customers till it's stable. Please I really need it to work. I have dishonest Neighbor's.

Would be great if u could set and unset areas A & B individually other than thst it works great
