About SMSReply
With the SMSReply app you will be able to automatically reply to SMS messages (Texts) with a response of your own choice.
The difference between this app and other similar ones is that you can set up as many as you require. Simply decide the 'Trigger' words and the 'Response' and SMSReply will do the rest.
Imagine this:
You are in business and want to provide your customers or clients with information about your hours of work, what specials you are running this month and the url of your web site. Simply create 3 separate combinations and advertise the ‘Trigger Words’.
Examples of these are:
Hours 8 to 5 Monday to Friday
Specials Buy one get one free
Info Go to http://MyBusinessSite.com
Or you may be a Rock Group and want to advertise your next gig. Just use the same approach.
Next Gig Catch us at the NiteSpot on Friday 1st from 8pm
Now your customers can send you a text with any one of those phrases and get the information.
All you need to do is advertise something like this: "To get our latest offers just text 'specials' to 0295554432", and SMSReply will send back whatever response you have created.
Important:
Use of this app will incur charges from your Mobile provider.
If your mobile has Kit Kat (4.4) or later, then sms messages will still be passed to your default messaging app. This feature is not able to be changed. For earlier OS levels, the message will be trapped and not show in the default app.
There will be times when the Android OS will kill the service that sends your replies. Dont worry, when the next sms message is received the service will restart and if that sms is one of the ones you have created, it will also respond .
