Imprint - Fingerprint Camera

I purchased with lot of expectations but camera quality is bad man! Please improve it as soon as possible

Please add manual modes , hdr + and fliters

After clearing stock camera's default settings, this camera still did not appear as an option when double click power button. Update: I tried reinstall the app and restart, no luck...

This is great for those that loves taking selfies. It's quick and very responsive on the Nexus 6P. I concur with another reviewer that wants rear cam support. Rear cam doesn't need fingerprint, but it'll be beneficial to be able to switch back and forth without having to completely user another camera app. Great work for initial release.

Front camera looks nowhere near as clear as other camera apps and has no settings that can be tweaked

Would love to see more apps that use the Nexus imprint sensor for other uses!

Does not work with Android N. Seems like a great app, though.

Really great idea but the lack of a zoom is a deal breaker for me.

Thank you love the fingerprint option it is really nice for selfies, just needs updates with more options and maybe a photo editor. It a good start though!

Works just as described, and the dev responded to feedback to improve the app. I use it all the time and I can't wait to see how it grows from here.

Really like the idea and its implementation, only thing I've noticed is it takes too many shots at once, is this a bug or is it meant to be like that? Edit: Yes, 4-5 at least

It has a very niche use case, but is perfect for what it does. I just wish it could be easily used as the camera in apps like telegram. Edit: Yes, but the photo is not then returned to telegram. I have to select it from the gallery.

It works fine ! The rear camera has been added and so I can give five stars.

This functionality should have been included in Android. Since it isn't, this app is excellent! Easy and quick to use, and very responsive to the fingerprint scanner on the 6P. With both the front and back cameras supported, I definitely recommend it.

Love the new version.

Update: fantastic response from the developer, quickly added the feature I mentioned in previous review. Best support I've seen from any developer.

Great idea and works really well. Not a big fan of the square icon, but it's a great start.

One of only a handful of apps using the imprint API, and does so quite practically.

The pics quality can be increased, and the software can improve to avoid shakes. Also give an option to take rear camera photos as well.

This app is great for the ones who love taking selfies but find it difficult to tap the button on the screen due to big size of the 6P. Takes pictures fast and launches quickly as well. Any finger can be used too, so your friends can hold the phone! Highly recommended!

It makes it much easier to take selfies with a large phone. More controls would be nice but the app is also very simple and thoughtful!

Just tried it out, I like it so far. I don't understand why this type of functionality isn't included in the stock camera app, but since it's not I might use this app from now on, at least for selfies. It would be nice if there were more options however, such as setting resolution, brightness, timer delay, etc. Also, some stabilization might be useful since the pictures can appear blurry if the phone wobbles too much. Otherwise, great initial release! P.S.: Thanks for the promo code from Reddit!

This camera app is well designed and takes pictures quickly! I've noticed less camera blur using this to take pictures than trying to use the volume up/down button which usually moves the camera slightly.

Incorporates both the Camera2 API and Nexus Imprint API for a unique experience. Must have for every Nexus owner :)

Really good! Now you don't have to worry about awkwardly holding your phone to get a good selfie. 10/10!
