Overchan

Not sure why it gets so much hate, pretty decent app, I prefer it over the other imageboard apps since this one will save the pages automatically and you can simply "X" them out if you don't want them. Only thing I don't like is how I can't clear history manually faster.

I primarily use this app for 4chan, which works good enough - no complaints in that department, and 2ch, which has lately become a chore to browse via Overchan. I cannot post because it wouldn't load the captcha, and even cannot access some boards that have the post trigger (the post on any board to reveal the hidden ones thingo). Otherwise it's the best imageboard client to date.

Really like this app, but gifs just don't work. They'll show when loading as a blurry thumbnail, but once loaded it dissappears and I can't actually see any gifs

Easy to use. Nice convenience features for browsing and posting. Makes using a tablet hassle free. I've only been using it for 4chan though. How it stacks up for other chans I don't know.

its a great app for all chan browsing, one thing it really needs though is a video scrubber, other than that its prettymuch as perfect as it can get

Can't create/find directory, so subsequently can't download anything. Please respond if you know standard directory's for the Sony Xperia Z3

Was great for earlier version. Now when installing on new phone (Pixel) the gifs/vids stop at 8 sec flat even if a clip is 1+ min long

Heck yeah - EDIT Oct. 29, 2016 - Images aren't downloading properly from half and images still won't load from full.

Only complain is that I can't find a search function that filters all the threads like 4chan's mimi.

Al media throw 404 every time, even the thumbnails. Great for viewing imageboards, without the images.

Notification of replies to your posts doesnt work, please fix it.

Creator of this apps died, it is stupid for request new features

Ron decided to make all pics go to some arbitrary location because he doesn't understand how the site's code works because he is literally a code monkey that is completely different from before, so basically everything is broken. If you can figure out what Ron did, could you make it work? Great app otherwise, but this basically ruins it. Don't let Everychan or whatever monetize your work before you can do this.

I've used this program for many months without issue, but for the last one or two months, it's become less and less useful. It crashes constantly ("An unknown error has occured") and for no reason, sometimes while browsing a thread or flipping through a gallery it will suddenly hang up and be unresponsive, and most recently, no images at all posted within the last three days will display on any board or any site. They all show as spoilered, and when you try to open them, they 404. Overchan needs a big fix.

I love this app and use it whenever I can but most images all gifs and all webms say not enough disk space I don't know if its an issue with the app or if its my phone any help is appreciated

I love this app but it's become all but useless recently. Images on h8chan 404 instantly. Old images seem to work. This is a 5 star app if you fix this. In you're example images it's almost all 8chan so I would assume you browse yourself how do you avoid this.

Works great for 4chan, however no images will display on any of the 8chan boards. Trying to use an image board without images is a bit of a problem. 3 stars until this is fixed otherwise it's a great browser for 4chan.

Have been using it for 6 months now and I personally haven't had a single problem other than the no image 8chan thing. It also has a lot of optimization options and is pretty easy to use.

Your only problem is I can't search for a thread. This should have been PRIORITIZED. THE DOWNLOAD DIRECTORY REFUSES TO WORK PROPERLY NOW. Fix please

Thumbnails display fine, but the images show for a second and then disappear when I try to view them. I have looked through all of the settings and nothing fixes this. I will give 5 stars if this problem is fixed.

I have used this app for a while and I like it. The only thing is now it doesn't connect to 420chan. It just says "page has moved" when I try to post. Please help a brother out.

best chan browser available on the Android market. however, the last update has made saving pictures impossible ;^( 5 stars when fixed (edit:) found out that the app cleared permissions, added them back and it works again

Great app! Please, make a function to hide (or highlight) posts you have already seen after viewing them as answers on previous posts in pop-up.

All the images used to show up now they do not it's a pain in the ass

Why is it every time this app updates something breaks?

Images refuse to load properly when browsing 8chan, doesn't seem to have affected 4chan, though.

Images on 8chan are all broken, both thumbnails and the full images

Images on 4chan are tiny on note 4, any way to make them bigger?

All new images don't work anymore and 76chan you cant post at all.

8ch recently changed the way new file url are, broke the app for anything but reading text and posting

Poor set up, have to manually put in crap. No preselectable sites. No homepage. No a fan

Basically everything in 8Chan gives a 404 error. Needs fixed as soon as possible!

Says: "Error 301: Moved permanently".

Can't post replies to any thread without crashing the app. Happens right after captcha.

8chan has a change with how images are default named. App can no longer show images on 8chan now. Pls fix
