“Medipres” is an offline based android application to give a good platform to store and manage patients’ medical documents, prescription, appointment and reminder. This system is designed for the doctors and their patients to establish a good environment where the patient and doctor can easily communicate each other with more meaningful way to ensure better treatment by the doctors for their patients. The patient and doctor can interact with the system with their smart devices such as smart phone, tablets.
