WHAT IS A TECH NECK / TEXT NECK / TURKEY NECK?
Your spine in a neutral head position holds about 10-12 pounds (4.5 kg – 5.5 kg). At 15 degrees forward your neck carries already 27 pounds (12.2 kg). At 45 degrees it’s a whooping 49 pounds (22.22 kg), and at 60 degrees your neck sees a 60 pounds (27 kg).
Such constant weight stress on your neck muscles and nerves can do a lot of damage over time to your neck. A painful forward head posture can be developed. This is becoming such a global health concern, affecting millions of people of all ages that this syndrome coined the expression Tech Neck or Text Neck.
In addition Hunching positions like over your desk, cellphone or laptop with rounded shoulders will make your neck look older. This beauty flaw is now so common that its called a Turkey Neck.

It never opened. I clicked on the icon 4 or 5 times. No success. A complete waste of time! My neck really does hurt, especially at vertebrae C4. I was hoping to find some guidance and relief.
