Goji Loyalty

This app really need a good developer if it has any. Start a beat version first if you are not sure about your app running smoothly. You either use email id or contact number as reference, you can't ask for both and say it doesn't match when a person changes a number in same email id. Qfx app send a verification in one mobile number and goji says mail id is associated with another account. Outsourcing a simple system is way better way to go cardless.

When I tried registering​ using my QFX account email/mobile number, it says my mobile number is already in use. When I try to login with mobile number, it says account not activated. I am pretty sure I haven't registered for Goji with my number, my best guess is someelse must have typoed my number. So I created a new account with different mobile number. Now my QFX and Goji account can't sync because two accounts have different phone numbers! Even as a IT developer myself, I find this whole system very confusing. Why create two different accounts for basically same service? It would have been much easier if we could use our own QFX account rather than create a separate one.

This app is almost like a scam, devised by Qfx to fool its customers. The tickets bought before 15th June don't show up. Also, they make rules as they go. Awful UI and experience. Not having it was better.

I think this is an hybrid app.. Native app is alwz perfect for UI/UX. team quest planned to complete project in low budget. If u cnt give better and improved new system, then why to even think? Feel free to talk to me, I will give 100 ways to make your system better. I really appreciate this idea but the implementation sucked..

I had bought 18 tickets before and after I logged in to goji all were lost. I contact Qfx and gave me 1 free ticket but what about the rest of the 8tickets. I think points should be added to goji for the rest of the tickets too. we had this online app and were a member because we were looking for some sort of service but changing it and removing all the tickets we took months and months to collect is unfair.

it's like puzzle to use your app. today went to QFX and made 3 movie ticket purchase then when asked to make it with goji app for loyalty. your staff also don't know how it works. said first logout from qfx app and re login. did but she didn't find how does it works. and now i went through your those bad review and got know when you click on goji icon it will show my QR code. NOT EVEN IN FAQ's common this is too much poor on UX. REALLY what the hell???? do you have any UX/UI staff in team???? if even you have newcomer he/she will suggest to have QR code icon instead so normal user could also get it easily. and please teach you staff, at least if they know they will teach to customer who comes in counter. I hope you will make update very soon this and will make design also better.

I have regestered on this app but i dont get confirmation mail. now i cant use another mail add it says mobile no already used ???????????? how to conected with qfx how to book or buy tickets frm qfx

Very poor app this. Better to test the system properly before releasing it. I just wasted my time between Qfx app and this Goji only to realize all my time went down the drain.

Cant get registered after receiving activation email. The email is provided with error activation link. Please fix asap.

Hated it.waste of time.it was easy to buy ticket from qfx online.this app is like puzzle.when i try to login it says not registered n when i process for register its says oops already exist. What is this. Why this app created to make fool .

this is the worst app I have ever seen . I already signed up your account but while login its saying account not registered . U people are not mailing to activate

This sorry I hv to giv it "one star" coz I didnt find half or less than it. It is jst a waste. It said "account is nt activated" n there was no option to activate the account..

I have signed up with wrong email address. Now when i login with mobile number as username it says please activate. When i tried to register it says mobile already registered. ⭐ ONE STAR

When I booked the ticket through phone as esewa services were down the cashier refused to register my goji points stating that I have to take a risk of losing the seat and booking through the qfx app. I guess she did not know that after a certain number of seats have been sold the qfx app doesn't let to reserve your seats. This app needs a lot of improvements.

Tired of password issue. Use the same password in app, its okay. And use the same password to book tickets, does not login. QFX cinemas, its your loss that I can't book my tickets.

Forgot old password,created new one,relogged in with new password but now where are all the tickets I had bought and scanned earlier?? Comment Goji team

I bought two tickets last time but no coins were added to my goji loyalty acc.. Confusing app..

After connecting my Qfx's account with Goji.. all of my free tickets just vanished in the thin air... This app totally sicks..

I registered with this app and i tried to login with same password/email/mobnum,it says invalid credential when its not!!

I kept different mobile numbers in qfx and goji app.. and it says account not matched ..how can i fix it.. Can my account get deleted?? Otherwise pretty good concept!

It didnot gave me point of seven tickets that i have earned by purchasing ticket from civil mall which i booked with my qfx id . I called several time they promise me to fix it soon but they dint . Qfx did a worst job by bringing this goji app..

Not user friendly at all. Literally lowered the standards of QFX movies.

Seems complicated at first, but after i understood thehow it works i see lots of benefits. Thank You QFX and GOJI.
