Welcome to Motion Actions 3.0! Enjoy the new UI and features!
This is a small, innovative and useful utility, allowing you to perform various actions using the motion sensor of your device. You can set unlimited different actions depending on the exact number of motions in one of the three different axes (X, Y and Z).
Key features:
✔ Lock the device;
✔ Wake up and optionally unlock the device;
✔ Toggle Auto-Rotation On/Off;
✔ Change the screen orientation, without releasing the orientation lock (Android 3.0 and up);
✔ Launch any app;
✔ Launch any shortcut (direct dial, direct message, etc.);
✔ Toggle the LED light On/Off (if available).
✔ Music: Play/Pause (Android 3.0 and up), Play Next, Play Previous;

I used ASC before and loved it! I discovered it when my power button broke. I needed an app to screen lock/unlock without the button. Fast forwad 6months, I got my power button fixed. Strangely, I found myself still installing the app. When you're used to shaking to lock there's no going back to the "far & little" power button. It's so easy & natural; I can't live without it on my phone. The developer is also very responsive, as long as the requests are specific & reasonable. Last update removed the ads.

I'm afraid as nexus 5 user who always use power button to activate device but this apps help me a lot thanks for dev (y) maybe reduce ram used in the future updates (y)

I use the light on my phone all the time as a flashlight when I'm walking my dog and during the winter this app perfect for turning the LED on/off when I'm wearing gloves.

I give 4 stars and leave one star for the difficulty to shake to wake up the screen. It works most of the time though.

The app is superb, but gives a lil delay when I use it with your Proximity sensor app activated! Works slow in OFF screen unlike the Proximity app! But still, its too good!

It works when the screen is on about 98% of the time. But, when the phone screen is off, it only works 15% of the time. Your Proximity Actions app works better than this one because it doesn't turn off when the phone does and it doesn't waste battery. Sorry, I got carried away... Work on the screen off problem, please! UPDATE: Wake Lock barely works as well, only half of the time.

This is the best on off screen ever. No biased at all. Perhaps it would be better if on off sensor can be created but nevertheless. Thanks for your app. Thumbs up

Noted that the sensor does not work in deep sleep. That is really out of the control of the developer. Keeping the device awake would kill the battery.
