Untuk Lenovo vibe k4, jika ingin bisa menggunakan apps ini maka Harus di update di menu "setting-about phone-system update-download" yg akan membutuhkan waktu sehingga muncul "your device ... Up to date". Jangan Lupa men-tap kartu emoney nya di depan layar bukan di belakang hape. Sebaiknya anda mem-backup files anda sebelum melakukan update Sistem ini Semoga sukses.

A very stupid interface design. Locked in landscape on phone? Seriously. And why the confirm to exit notification? Just let user exit the apps after use. Wasting tap required to exit. There is no session (login) being used, no need to ask when exiting. Also why publish separate apps, when the functionality can be integrated in the other apps (topup) to check balance (without login)

Good app, doing exactly what it says. But, the UI is too stupid. Most NFC use cases are done in portrait orientation, and this app is very 'clever' to put it permanently landscape. Well played, stupid design decision.

Good app, never fail to work. But can sometime annoyingly popped up if you forget to turn off the nfc.

Interface: no one needs landscape view mode. Make it potrait instead since most users using it on their phone not tablet (even tablet better viewed in portrait) but hey devs, clients will be always client, right. Whatever they say anyway.

mandiri ada dua aplikasi based on nfc, ketika si tab kartu emoney hp akan ada 2 opsi pilih emoney atau isi ulang, tolong di update diberikan opsi mana yang akan dipakai secara default supaya tiap tap tidak perlu repot pilih. simpel saja. masalah desain up to you mandiri, yg penting easy to use.

Top up e-money ga masuk, komplain ke customer servicenya katanya hp ga support (Nexus 5x dan Samsung S8). Top up via Samsung S8 tapi kalo cek saldo katanya si Samsung S8 dan 5x gak bisa. Harus ke ATM mandiri katanya buat cek saldo. Sekiranya belum siap, jangan sediakan aplikasi top up via aplikasi.

It's work... Utk yg pakai handphone samsung dgn Baterei Copotan (misal galaxy S4 dan Note 4) pastikan baterei yg anda gunakan asli atau support NFC. Klo ga support NFC, pasti ga akan jalan aplikasi ini.

aplikasi yang memudahkan utk cek saldo e money. selama ini tidak prnah bermasalah. menghindari saldo tidak cukup pas di tol. akan sangat memudahkan jika pengisian e money bisa diintegrasikan dengan mandiri mobile banking dan NFC handphone. jadi bisa isi kapan saja.

Sedikit masukan : 1. Lebih baik klo bisa meilhat histori transaksi 2. Klo bisa 1 aplikasi ini saja juga bisa buat top up dan update balance

Ok sih, tapi ngapain juga bikin 3 apps berbeda utk bisa ngurusin eMoney, mending buat satu yg bagus. Proses top up di apps yg lain sering trouble

Unfortunately, it won't work. I have 2 different types of e-money. Indomaret card and e-money highschool alumni series that both card always shown "kartu tidak benar". Those cards have same type APP3.1. I can't recognise what the problem came from. Is from the unsupported phone type, or unsupported card type. This problem occur not only from this app, also on "e-money isi ulang". Please fix these problems as soon as possible for customers satisfaction in the future. Thx.

I have 2 e money card, tried to check balance but not working.. Compatibility issue?

Cuma bisa mandiri prabayar emoney. Untuk etoll dan indomaret punya saya dg tipe "pb07" tdk bs. Error code: silakan ganti kartu anda dg kartu "app03". Tipe kartu bs dilihat di bag belakang kanan bawah kartu. Mohon diperbaiki agar bs cek semua tipe kartu prabayar. Tks.

Tidak bs untuk cek saldo, baik yg ini maupun yg isi ulang. Tertulis "kartu tidak benar". Kirain kartu saya karna indomaret card atau hape saya (tp untuk cek bc* flazz bisa). Tp baca2 feedback sebelumnya ternyata banyak yg sama. Semoga bs diperbaiki.

Pada lenovo vibe k4 note dengan lollipop tidak bisa cek saldo maupun topup, selalu muncul tulisan "kartu tidak benar" dan "proses cek saldo gagal".

Saya coba tap kartu e-money saya (Indomaret Card) terdapat error "kartu tidak benar". Mohon diperbaiki. Terima kasih.

dari review-review sebelumnya sudah jelas kalau aplikasi ini tidak kompatibel dengan lenovo vibe k4 note, sangat disayangkan ponsel dengan penjualan lbh dari 0,5 juta unit tidak disokong oleh bank sebesar mandiri..

Banyak yg komplain karena Lenovo Vibe K4 Note tdk bisa digunakan utk cek saldo, apalagi isi ulang. Sdh komplain juga lwt @mandiricare tp jawaban ttp tdk memuaskan. Berarti tdk semua HP dgn fitur NFC bs membaca emoney.

Alangkah baiknya jika E-MONEY program ini bisa juga digunakan alat BAYAR langsung seperti Kartu Fisik E-MONEY sesungguhnya pada HP yang sudah mempunyai fasilitas NFC. Jadi kita tidak repot2 lagi bawa kartu untuk alat bayar E-toll, Indomaret, Alfamart, dsbnya. Termasuk juga kerjasama LINK tersambung dengan BCA Flazz buat bayar Parkir-an. Juga bisa Top-Up di anjungan ATM dengan menempelkan HP. Mandiri harus menjadi Pelopor dibidang NFC HP payment and ATM refill.

Akan lebih bagus kalo bisa cek histori transaksi, tp utk fitur dasar sudah bagus. Saya sudah coba cek saldo berkali2 dgn kartu e-money (kartu baru) selalu berjalan lancar

Ever since the last upate the app has not worked. I can no longer open the app. Please release a fix since it has been about a month and a great inconvenience to have to manually go to atm or indomaret to top up my e-money card.

Saya menyesalkan ternyata tidak mudah menukar kartu. Di cabang hr Muhammad Sby ternyata tidak bisa menukar kartu Dan hanya bisa beli kartu baru. Mending ditulisnya beli saja di program (bukan tukar kartu di cabang terdekat)

User friendly and easy to use. App ini bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya dengan baik, tapi bisa lebih baik lagi kalau tampilan dari app bisa kita atur menjadi portrait juga dan tidak hanya landscape.

Useless sekali aplikasi ini membantu pengguna e-money jadi lebih mudah untuk mencari tau sisa saldo yg ada di kartu! BINTANG 5!

Lumayan buat ngecek saldo indomar*t card, kan tengsin ngeluarin kartu taunya saldo kosong. Semoga ada aplikasi yang bisa mengubah smartphone berNFC sbg pengganti kartu.

Aplikasi'ny membantu sekali, tapi sayang fungsi'ny cuma untuk cek saldo saja. Berharap bisa di tambahkan fitur untuk top-up di update mendatang. Sementara 4 bintang, 5 bintang kalau sudah bisa top-up. Waiting for the update...
