About Troms Mobillett
Troms Mobillett is a mobile application that makes it possible to buy single tickets and period tickets for public transport throughout Troms County on your smartphone (iPhone or Android).
You can purchase tickets for travel by bus, express boat or ferry in Troms County for the travel routes and zones that are available via the app. The tickets are valid from the time you confirm your purchase.
As a traveller, it’s your responsibility to ensure you buy a ticket for the correct zone, route and age category. If you are in doubt, please contact one of our customer service centres before you buy your ticket.
You must ensure that there is available space on the boat / ferry before you buy your ticket. Buying a ticket does not guarantee you a seat. (The seat guarantee only applies on bus routes 100 and 150.)

Had to transfer 200kr to buy one ticket, which I couldn't use. Ticket expires in 2 hours and it is not stated anywhere, thought it is valid for a day. No way to refund unused money.

Buses are never on time, they either depart too late or too early. It is just insane. The apps start up slowly on fast devices and generally everything associated with Nobina will let you down.

Hvorfor vise "buy"-knappen når du først må lage konto, betale inn penger og angi en kode du mottar på SMS. Betaling med mobilen uten noe pålogging burde være default. I tillegg er mobillett dyrere enn tromskortet - bleh.

On the next update if ever, put the hidden word along with the ticket as sometimes the driver gets rude. So it shows at once, the app only works if connected to the internet anyways.

Det går fint å betale for enkeltbillett. Man må bare registrere kredittkort som betalingsmiddel, og så kan man betale for enkeltbilletter. Koster kr 35 per billett. De som tror man må fylle opp med kr 200, må sjekke mulighetene bedre.

må betale inn minimum 200kr på appen for å få brukt den. helt ubrukelig for meg som trenger buss maks 2 ganger i året. Gjør som ruter å trekk billettprisen rett fra kredittkortet.

Denne appen kommer opp når man søker på Troms-kortet. Men den gir ikke Tromskort pris på 480 kr når man prøver å kjøpe billett på hurtigbåten, men ordinærpris på 600 kr. -- I tillegg så forlanger den at man fyller på minst 200 kr. Noe som er helt ubrukelig, hvis man ikke vet hvor man kommer til å bruke buss i Tromsø.

Combine this app with Troms Reise and add other type of tickets, like a monthly ticket and others.

The app works to get a ticket, but it requires an internet connection to see the ticket. Make sure you're not in a dead zone when you use it or prevent the screen from sleeping until you get on the bus. The payment options can be confusing, but swiping up on payment will let you pick credit card option instead of default to store 200kr. It would really nice if they don't require an internet connection to show the ticket.
