Skyss Billett is the easiest way to purchase public transportation tickets in zone Bergen. The application allows you to purchase both single tickets and season tickets. Additionally, youth tickets (from 16 y.o. until the month you turn 20) for 30 days, valid in Hordaland county and parts of Rogaland county, can be purchased in the application. The payment methods can be used in the application:
- Mobile account, refilled via VISA/MasterCard or by money transfer.
- Credit card (VISA/MasterCard)
- Phone bill (only single tickets)
By using the mobile account, you can get a 17 % discount on single tickets for adults. Additionally, it is possible to associate multiple users to one mobile account, so that travels are charged to only this account. Refilling the account easiest to do directly in the application with VISA/MasterCard, but it is also possible to use a regular money transfer with a KID-number. NB: The mobile account is not the same account as the account associated with the Skyss-card.
After downloading the app you only have to add your credit cards the first time you use them. Future purchases can be made with the same cards. No card information is stored in the application or on our servers. Our chosen payment provider, Nets, stores your credit card information securely and in compliance to the payment providers’ guidelines.
Skyss Billett allows you to easily and quickly purchase tickets, but we still urge you to buy your tickets before you embark the vehicles. You are responsible for having a valid ticket and enough battery power left on your device to show the ticket to any inspector as long as you are onboard one of our vehicles.
The newest version of the application contains the following new features:
- Brand new design, with a cleaner and more modern look.
- Single tickets for dogs and bikes; 24h tickets for adults, children and seniors.
- 30 days youth ticket is now not personal, like all other season tickets.
- To avoid people purchasing their ticket just before an inspection we have added a 2 minute countdown, before the ticket is activated. You can still enter the vehicle while the ticket is in countdown-mode.
- Shortcut to purchase expired tickets again have been added.

Trenger sårt en grei bruksanvisning. Appen er faktisk ganske brukbar, men gjør ikke noen som prøver å bruke den for første gang oppmerksom på det. Det holder ikke å måtte komme hit for å finne ut at man kan betale med kort.

Kan bare flytte billetter jeg har kjøpt tre ganger :-( I mitt tilfelle installerer jeg nye Roms (software) ca 5-10 ganger i måneden. Det er for dårlig! Vennligst øk grensen eller enda bedre, ikke sett en grense!

Det er bare for Sone Bergen på min app.. Jeg bor på sotra (som er vest for bergen) og kommer meg så vidt frem og tilbake fra skole. Denne appen er laget slik at det skal vere enklere for oss å reise med buss, men det funker ikke å bruke den i mitt området... Dette BØR fikses.

Today my S4 crashed and turned off mobile data. When I tried to buy a tickets on the bus, I got a very obscure error message. It took me 10 mins to figure out what was wrong. Had to shell out NOK 41 at the driver...

Håpløst at månedskort ikke virker offline. Må holde appen aktiv gjennom ulrikstunnellen til konduktøren kommer. Dersom telefonen går i hvilemodus eller man ser på noe annet finner ikke appen billetten. Kipt når man pendler hver dag...
