About Mitt Telenor
This is the Norwegian My Telenor-app.Stay in control of your Telenor account on the go with the free Mitt Telenor app. With the app’s easy-to-use features, Telenor customers can manage data at home and abroad, as well as keeping track of spending and bills.
Features include:
- All your Telenor mobile services in one place
- Easy access to top up extra data at home and abroad
- Bill breakdowns for each of the accounts you manage
- Pay your invoice
- Postpone payment
- Add or upgrade your subscription(s)
- Locate the nearest Telenor shop
- Top up your Pay as you go with Vipps
- Contact customer service
- Add or remove services
- Notifications to let you know when you’re running low on data
- SIM and Mobil services readily available (order SIM, activate/deactivate SIM, access PUK)

You must be a Telenor customer to use the app. If you’re new to Telenor, or recently upgraded your subscription, your account information won’t be available until after your first bill.
The app is free, but any data you use to access the Wi-Fi finder or other functions will be taken from your monthly allowance. Account information isn’t available for business customers.
Log-In: To ensure a smooth log-in process ensure you have an updated browser installed (Chrome, Opera, Firefox) and make sure you are running the latest operating system on your device.
Why do we ask for access to your location?
To provide correct rates and additional services when you are abroad. You can also get relevant offers based on your location (for example an event or in a store). Your location also helps you find a Telenor shop near you.
You can easily switch this function off/on under the position section found under "settings" on your device.

Etter oppdateringen kan jeg ikke lenger se hvor mange dager jeg har igjen før den inkluderte datapakke fornyes. Vil dere vennligst legge inn støtte for det? Appen var mye mer oversiktlig før. Jeg er både privat og bedriftskunde hos dere og synes appen har mistet en vesentlig funksjonalitet etter oppdateringen.

Skal logge meg på (var på før) og ser det der safe aboard styre der. Går jeg videre til log in. Gjør det og det står "login successfull"men blir bare sendt tilbake til safe aboard igjenn gjør det mange ganger om igjenn og. Fiks telenor! Mvh. edgar.

Før siste oppdatering så funket det fint, nå går det ikke an å logge inn. Kommer bare tilbake til "tour" siden. Dette er for dårlig Telenor

Bugfix: Innlogging gikk i loop, men fungerte etter å slette app-cache: Innstillinger > apper > Mitt Telenor > Clear Cache

Excessive battery usage. Wanted this to keep track of my data usage. It shows you the usage but the advertisements are distracting and irrelevant.

Detta var en ubrukelig app sammenlignet med mitt djuice appen, mitt djuice var så mye bedre enn den søpla her. Gnager om antivirus og alt mulig annet. Greier ikke engang å se jeg har antivirus gnager om at jeg må beskytte telefonen og interfacen var skikkelig tungvind og kronglete sammenlignet med djuice. Nå ble jeg skuffet...
