android.permission.VIBRATE - So you know you pressed the button
android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS - Changed ringer profiles
android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE - Turn off wifi for airplane mode
android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE - See if wifi is enabled for the airplane mode

I wanted a way to set all 6 volumes to 0 and this was the ONLY app that does, BUT when you select "normal" mode it sets all volumes to 1 (1/5,1/7,1/15). If you could make it remember the previous settings then you have the most awesome volume app. Another flaw is silent+airplane then normal does not take you out of airplane mode.
