About Norstat
The Norstat app makes answering surveys easier and quicker than ever before.
Note: In order to use this app you have to be an existing panel member.
By using the app, you will receive surveys customized for mobile format. The surveys will generally be shorter, and more fit for tablets and phones than the ones you normally receive via e-mail.
When you start using the app you will quickly discover that it is really easy to use, and provides a nice overview of the surveys currently available to you, as well as handy shortcuts to redeeming your points and receiving incentives.
As a panel member, you can of course always contact panel support if you have any questions, comments or with to give us feedback on the app.

Er ikke alle undersøkelsene jeg mottar på epost som kan gjøres på appen, som ikke dukker opp i appen, men fint å ha en app for de ubdersøkelsene som kan gjøres på mobil/nettbrett :) Liker også at jeg får en oversikt over poengene mine uten å måtte logge meg inn på nettleseren.

App'en kan ikke finde ud af hvis en undersøgelse er afsluttet og dermed fjerne den. Kan ikke altid fortsætte til næste spørgsmål.

Denne appen har utvilsomt forbedringspotensiale. Undersøkelser kræsjer/fryser. Får ikke fjernet enkelte undersøkelser fra listen. Og ikke minst, de undersøkelsene man får på mail dukker ikke opp.

Det vore ju bra om 9 av 10 undersökningar inte hade allvarliga buggar, en del fastnar mitt i och går inte att komma vidare i. Och lås inmatningsfältet till siffror om det är siffror som efterfrågas, typ postnummer.

Ideen med appen forsvinder, når man 9 ud af 10 gange ikke kan afspille videoerne fra appen.
