KOMTEK Besiktiger er et effektivt verktøy i kommunens daglige ruti­ner i forbindelse med eiendomsskattetaksering av bolig- og fritidsei­endommer. Løsningen erstatter tidligere rutiner med utskrift av kart og besiktigerskjemaer og administrasjon av fotodokumentasjon. Endrin­ger i Matrikkel, samt vurderinger foretatt ved besiktigelsen registreres på nettbrett i felt, og sendes direkte tilbake til kommunens KOMTEK-database. KOMTEK Besiktas is an effective tool in the municipality's daily routines associated with property valuation of residential and recreational properties. The solution replaces former routines with printing of maps and besiktigerskjemaer and management of photo documentation. Changes in the Cadastre and judgments made by the inspection is recorded on a tablet in the field and returned directly to the municipality KOMTEK database.
