About Sonya Expenses
With Sonya Expenses, you can simplify how you manage your travel and expenditure reimbursement. You start by setting up a settlement for a month or a trip. You can then continuously add images of receipts, and at the end of the trip or month you generate a PDF report which can be sent to a predefined email address. Simple and elegant, wave goodbye to paper.

In addition to the smart apps, we are collecting all reporting and administration in an online web interface. The vision is to offer small and medium size companies mobile tools with a focus on usefulness and efficiency – at a great price.
PRICES AND CONDITIONS
Expenses is free for the first month so you can try out the app. After that you can choose whether to pay to continue to use the solution. Note that this requires an active choice on your part. In other words – you do not need to worry that you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period.
We have spent a lot of time developing and optimising Expenses. Our goal is that you find the app so useful and time saving that you are also willing to pay to use it, so that we can further develop the service. But again, this is completely up to you to decide after the trial period.
If you would like to become a customer after the trial period is over, you need to setup a subscription. You can choose between being billed each month ($2.99) or each year ($30.99*). The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you decide to not use the app anymore you can cancel the subscription in the Google Play app.

Too bad you can't change the currency on the final report... can just change the currency for each bill, but still says dollar in final report... bad

Settings should allow you to set default currency (regardless of language or country settings on the phone). The menu to choose currency also took quite a while to load, which seems unnecessary.

My company uses this app to submit expenses, but because I have an Android phone using English, the app defaults to USD. I need to be able to submit my expenses in Norwegian Kroner, and sometimes other currencies, since we do business in other countries as well. Not having the ability to do this makes the app utterly useless for me. This is apparently not a problem for iOS users... :-(

Good for paper receipts, unusable for electronic receipts (unless you think taking a photo of your laptop screen is an acceptable workaround). Also, it tells me I have to renew my subscription but not how to do it. Apparently they don't want my money...
