Om via deze app te kunnen beschikken over de meest actuele informatie is een (mobiele) internetconnectie vereist. Zonder deze connectie kunnen er geen data worden opgehaald en kan er geen accurate informatie via de app worden weergegeven.

In de app is het mogelijk om je toestel te abonneren op notificaties. Standaard krijg je doordeweeks notificaties voor beide tunnelbuizen van de Westerscheldetunnel tussen 7.00 en 18.00 uur. De notificatietijdstippen kunnen worden aangepast in het instellingenscherm. Daarnaast ben je standaard geabonneerd op notificaties voor de Sluiskiltunnel.
