Vodafone Push To Talk

Met Vodafone Push To Talk kunt u met één druk op de knop direct spreken met individuen of groepen. Vanuit de app en de admin portal beheert u gemakkelijk contacten en gespreksgroepen.

De communicatie verloopt via het Vodafone 3G- of 4G datanetwerk, of Wifi. U maakt hierbij gebruik van de databundel van uw normale Vodafone abonnement.

Voor het gebruiken van deze dienst heeft u een Vodafone Push To Talk-licentie nodig. Vodafone Push To Talk werkt alleen op hiervoor gecertificeerde toestellen (zie webpagina).

Vodafone Push to Talk is een push-to-talk applicatie die gebruik maakt van VoIP om PTT-gesprekken te voeren. Hiervoor is audio nodig op de achtergrond. De applicatie maakt op de achtergrond regelmatig gebruik van GPS om locatiedata door te geven aan de server om de dispatch functionaliteit mogelijk te maken. Dispatch is een kernfunctionaliteit van het product, waarmee de dispatcher de meest recente locatiedata van de gebruiker kan zien
Het gebruik van GPS op de achtergrond vermindert de batterijduur. Vodafone Push To Talk you can with one push of a button to speak directly with individuals or groups. From the app and admin portal allows you to manage easily contacts and discussion.
