As far as I can tell, this app is probably real and likely quite useful. Please take a moment to look closely at the app description. As seen in the photos, it appears to be designed for only the BP Station located on the A4 West in the Netherlands. If you are not in the Netherlands or are not fluent in Dutch, you probably don't need this.
