What's the point in allowing people to add credit from the app when you still have to load it from a machine, anyway? Totally pointless.

Zeer onlogische redenering, saldo bestellen en het daarna op te moeten halen bij een oplaadpunt. Ga eens praten met de prepaid telefoon kaart ontwerpers, zij kunnen het wel.

Zeer frustrerend stukje software, nergens te vinden hoe je saldo kan toevoegen. Koppel je kaart.... Welke kaart?? Totaal niet gebruiks vriendelijk en totaal niet intuïtief. Leer nou eerst eens duidelijk te zijn.

Het idee is leuk maar de uitvoering knullig. Waarom loopt in "reis historie" het saldo van de kaart gerust 1 dag achter? De reisdetails toont wel de actuele gegevens. Dus het saldo wijkt bijna tijd af van de som van de reisdetails. Update graag!

Dit kun je dus echt geen app noemen. Voor 9 van de 10 funcionaliteiten moet je alsnog naar de website. Nul toegevoegde waarde.

Graag mobiel kunnen inchecken! Ik heb NFC en half Nederland heeft Tele2.

Totaal nutteloos systeem net als het faal festein genaamd de ov chipkaart.

Almost totally useless

Alsjeblieft, kunnen jullie ervoor zorgen dat je op alle telefoons met een ingebouwde NFC-chip kan inchecken met je telefoon. Een NFC-simkaart is belachelijk en overbodig omdat de meeste telefoons al NFC hebben. Kunnen jullie dit alsjeblieft veranderen?

No real-time updates so quite useless. Even adding credit "online" still requires you to visit a chargepoint, what a joke.

Saldo checker only. Adding saldo require you to log in a web page with card number, name and email. This app was suppose to do that but seem to hard to develop

Since the last update I can't use this app. I get a security warning but I have the latest version of the app. Closing and opening the app does not help. Kindly fix this bug.

it's ok to track soendings, and would be great if I could use it with NFC INSTEAD chip card.

Het werk weer, het heeft even geduurd, maar toch........goed gedaan, maar de volgende keer wat sneller aanpassen.

After a clean Android 6 install the app keeps crashing on startup. (HTC one M9)

App is unusable since Android 7. When you start it, it immediately crashes.

Consistent crash after installation on my device even after removing and re-installing. Happy to provide support for debugging

Registration Fail. The requirements on registration are overly complex for a mobile app. I can imagine this is required if there are options to attach a card to ones account. But if that is the case, a pitty. This is not ready for the mobile world.

Disappointingly slow in updating the price for taking the tram for different companies (other than HTM). It may take 60 days, we are not in ancient Holland aren't we? I still cannot see the price from my tram ride since last week. Price should be updated within a day or so and total amount remaining should be shown after every top-up of the OV.

I have a personal OVI card. I can see the travel history but NOT the card information. I get an error message. Something went wrong. PLease try again, or check the maintenance and failure message at ovi-chipkaart.nl

The app apparently uses absolute times. So if you check the time someone checked in or out, it shows absolute time instead of local time. This is a bug, you can only check in at the time locally, not at a time somewhere else in the world

It was a bit complex to create an account using the common browser, and to link the card, but after doing it is really a good app. I have all the information regarding my travels and my credit.

Wat eerst een goede app was, is nu een waardeloze app. Ik krijg deze niet eens geopend. En na weet ik hoeveel reports gestuurd te hebben, nog steeds geen update? Waardeloos dus.
