TLN e-Vrachtbrief

Met TLN e-Vrachtbrief kunnen vervoerders een zending overnemen van een afzender om deze vervolgens weer over te dragen aan de geadresseerde met ondertekening met een juridische rechtsgeldige digitale handtekening via het TransFollow platform.

Met TransFollow kunnen afzenders, logistiek dienstverleners en geadresseerden met één uniforme en gestandaardiseerde beveiligde interface een vrachtbrief indienen, uitwisselen, ondertekenen en volgen.

Het proces in het kort: op het moment dat de afzender op zijn app aangeeft de zending te hebben overgedragen, wordt een unieke code (QR-code) zichtbaar op de app. De TLN e-Vrachtbrief app activeert op dit moment de camera om deze code te scannen. Dezelfde actie gebeurt vervolgens omgekeerd, de TLN e-Vrachtbrief app genereert een code welke wordt gescand door de afzender. Ditzelfde gebeurt wanneer de vervoerder de zending aflevert bij de geadresseerde. Alle partijen in de keten worden vervolgens geïnformeerd over de status. Daarmee is het administratieve proces afgerond!

De TLN e-Vrachtbrief app werkt in combinatie met het TSSC component van TransFollow. Na het opstarten van de app met een geldig TransFollow account verwijst de TLN e-Vrachtbrief app automatisch naar de Google Play store om dit component éénmalig te installeren. With TLN e-Waybill carriers can take over a shipment from a sender to transmit these in turn to the addressee with a signature with legal legally valid digital signature via the Trans Follow platform.

Trans Follow senders can, logistics service providers and recipients with one uniform and standardized secure interface to submit a bill of lading, exchange, sign and follow.

The process in brief: when the sender indicating his app to have transferred the consignment is a unique code (QR code) appears on the app. The TLN e-Waybill app activates at the moment the camera to scan this code. The same action occurs then reversed, the TLN e-Waybill app generates a code which is scanned by the sender. The same happens when the carrier delivers the shipment to the consignee. All parties in the chain are then informed of the status. This completed the administrative process!

The TLN e-Waybill app works in conjunction with the TSSC component of Trans follow. After starting the app with a valid account Trans Follow the TLN e-Waybill app automatically refers to the Google Play store to install once this component.
