GOMA

De GOMA-app is een initiatief van Centramed. De applicatie is gemaakt om zorgverleners te ondersteunen bij de naleving van de Gedragscode ‘Openheid medische incidenten; betere afwikkeling Medische Aansprakelijkheid (GOMA). De applicatie wordt u gratis aangeboden en biedt u praktische informatie en tips over communicatie en verslaglegging rondom een incident (of onbedoelde gebeurtenis).
Het is mogelijk om de belangrijke contactgegevens binnen uw instelling in deze applicatie op te nemen. Indien u dit wenst dan kunt u contact opnemen met Centramed, communicatie@centramed.nl.

De GOMA wordt gefaciliteerd door De Letselschade Raad en is opgesteld door vertegenwoordigers van de Nederlandse Vereniging van Geneeskundig Adviseurs in particuliere Verzekeringszaken (GAV), Koninklijke Nederlandsche Maatschappij tot bevordering der Geneeskunst (KNMG), Nederlandse Patiënten Consumenten Federatie (NPCF), Centramed, MediRisk, Verbond van Verzekeraars (PIV, Rechtsbijstandsverzekeraars), Vrije Universiteit en Erasmus Universiteit. Als adviseurs zijn het Ministerie van Justitie, de Vereniging van Advocaten voor Slachtoffers van Personenschade (ASP) en de Vereniging Letselschade Advocaten (LSA) betrokken. De Nederlandse Vereniging van Ziekenhuizen (NVZ) en Nederlandse Federatie van Universitair Medische Centra (NFU) onderschrijven de GOMA en bevelen de naleving van de Gedrascode aan hun leden aan. The GOMA app is an initiative of Centramed. The application is designed to support compliance with the Code of Conduct 'Openness medical incidents caregivers; better settlement Medical Liability (GOMA). The application is offered free of charge and provides practical information and tips on communication and reporting about an incident (or unintended event).

The GOMA is facilitated by The Personal Injury Council and prepared by representatives of the Dutch Association of Medical Consultants in Private Insurance Business (GAV), Royal Dutch Society for the Advancement of Medicine (KNMG), Dutch Patients and Consumers Federation (NPCF), Centramed, MediRisk, Association of Insurers (PIV, Legal Insurers), Free University and Erasmus University. If advisors are the Ministry of Justice, the Association for Victims of Personal Injury Lawyers (ASP) and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (LSA) involved. The Dutch Association of Hospitals (NVZ) and the Dutch Federation of University Medical Centers (NFU) endorse the GOMA and recommend compliance with the Code Carried to their members.
