Vocal Trainer - Sing Better for Android
This seems to be the only app available right now that does this task. However there are some problems. For one thing the feedback you get is not very detailed. Also the app does not disable your device from locking so tests are interrupted since you don't interact with the screen at all during them.
Love it

This very easy to use and well-designed app really helps to improve your singing. The detailed feedback is very helpful.
I'm not sure if its my phone but the pitch is generally about ~10 cents sharp. It would be very handy if warm ups listened to ensure a proper warm up that includes the ears. Timing in the warm up seems a little fast for me. Other than this, the app seems well thought out and effective. % scores seem fair but it doesn't seem stability is taken into account. (Wild tone swings are not counted against you). Scoring should be weighted more on the onset of the note, not full duration.
Our piano player has quit the band, so I got to sing the second vocal parts. I never dared to sing in public before. I've been practicing for weeks with this app, and it did pay back. Had my first singing gig recently, and nothing but possitive comments.
More lesson, technique N level,. Warm up can set to higher octave. And more.., Thx,. Can wait to upgrade for better result.

Week, the good part is that it really help you improve your pitch, WHEN it works. The bad part is it doesn't work 80% of the time. I have an android Nexus phone. Per the site's suggestion, I closed all other running applications. But the volume randomly dies or it can't pick up my voice. I tried it in a quiet room, tried different sensitivity settings - nothing. It's so frustrating.
