Toegangsapp

Met deze app kan toegang worden aangevraagd tot de technische locaties van KPN. Voorlopig zijn dat de PoP locaties, en de technische panden (MA en MC locaties). Dit wordt de komende tijd uitgebreid. De juiste locatie kan worden gekozen uit een doorzoekbare lijst. Er kan ook worden gekozen voor de dichtstbijzijnde locatie. Er wordt automatisch een lijst van recent bezochte locaties bijgehouden en het is mogelijk om locaties aan een lijst van favorieten toe te voegen.

De app biedt informatie over de locaties en de mogelijkheid om te navigeren naar de locaties. Ook is het mogelijk om direct contact op te nemen met het NOC. Verder is een telefoonboek beschikbaar met belangrijke telefoonnummers.

Toegang aanvragen kan alleen binnen een straal van 250 meter rond de locatie. U wordt automatisch afgemeld wanneer u verder dan ongeveer 2000 meter van de locatie verwijderd bent. De afstand tot de PoP wordt bepaald o.b.v. uw GPS positie. Uw GPS positie wordt alleen voor dit doeleinde gebruikt. Deze wordt NOOIT opgeslagen of naar Reggefiber gestuurd.

Als u toegang tot een locatie heeft gekregen, kunt u via de knop "Onregelmatigheid melden" afwijkingen in of aan de locatie eenvoudig aan KPN doorgeven.
